NARRATOR

You might be wondering why someone would kill innocent people or why people in the hospital? Well I am not 100% sure why someone would do this but I think a possible explanation could be that 1) this person is physco or 2) this person is seeking revenge on something or someone. Sorry, got a bit off track, ok so on February 14, 2016 a man named Richard M. Moran was in a severe car accident and had to go to ICU. He was in ICU for about 13 hours and then at 3:12AM the nurse went in to check up on him and went to check his heartrate and that was when she found out that his heart stopped beating. The nurse checked the surveillance cameras in the room and outside of the room and between the last time she checked on him and 3:12AM no one went in or came out of his room. In total there has been 24 murders in the hospital since the first one. No one can stop this person or catch his person. One nurse recently, she stayed in the room with her patient for 19 hours and due to her having to use the restroom left the room. She was gone for 3 minutes and within that time her patient Hilbrand Weijenberg died. She checked her surveillance cameras but like the 1st murder, no one went in the room and no one left the room. They did an autopsy and they said that their heart just stopped working for no apparent reason.

UNKNOWN POV

I woke up at 5:01AM like every other day. I got up and got dressed and did my usual morning routine and then left for work. When I got to the hospital I parked in my usual parking spot and walked in the hospital. I said hi to the receptionist and went to the restroom. I did not forget to bring my 'special bag' today. I grabbed my 'special medicine' and went into my old buddies hospital room. Luckily he was sleeping when I walked in so what I am going to do will be done easy and quick. I grabbed a bottle of water and carefully placed the two tablets of my 'special medicine' on his bedside table. I left the room and went to check in and luckily I was right on time. I began into walk to my 1st patients room and I saw that it was my old buddies. I called in another nurse and told her that his heart just stopped beating. Just another day in the life of me.
