Act Like You Don't Know

Feelings

Before Cam could even finish, all I see is Shawn punching him right in the nose.
"Shit" Cam screams." You're gonna regret that. Both of you" he says walking out the door.
"Shawn Peter Raul Mendes!"
"What?" He asks.
"You're going to sit down and tell me everything."
"No, not now Jen"
"What? Shawn please"
"Just not now. I promise I'll tell you everything when the time is right"
"Shawn I just want to know the truth"
He sighs.
"Fine. I'll pick you up tomorrow at 9pm"
"Okay"
He kisses my cheek and open the door that Cameron shut behind.
"Grayson" I exclaim.
"I'll see you later Jen" Shawn says pulling me towards him and whispering "you're mine"
My heart dropped.

"Come in Gray" I say walking him to the sofa.
"Look I just wanted to say sorry for yesterday. I didn't mean to react like that"
"It's okay Gray, really. How's Ethan?"
"I don't know"
"What?"
"I came back home yesterday and didn't find him there"
"Gray what in the hell? Where could he be??" I scream.
"Look all I know is that he texted me saying he needed time alone. Jen I think he has strong feelings for you"
"Gray, I.."
"And so do I" Gray continues.
I stand in place not knowing what to say, what to do, what to feel.
"Jen you don't have to say anything. All I want is for you to convince Ethan to come home" he says " I think I know where he is but he won't listen to me"
"I'll go"

I don't know where we're going but I don't think we're in LA anymore.
"Gray where are we going?"
"You'll see" he simply says.
We arrive to what seems like a forest.
"He's in there" Gray looks at the trees standing in front of us. Covering whatever is on the other side of where we're standing.
"I'll meet you back here"
"Okay"

I walk and walk until I can finally see a dark figure standing next to a really small lake.
You won't even imagine how beautiful this place is.
Trees just fill the place, and flowers are like seriously everywhere.
I never thought I'd ever see something so beautiful in here.
I know it's Ethan. But I'm too scared to get closer.
"Eth.."
"Jen?" He turns around and starts walking towards me.
"What are you doing here? How did you even know where I was?"
"Gray"
"Gray"
We both say at the same time as he sighs.
"Eth what's wrong?"
"Everything"
"You know you can tell me"
"I know"
"Then trust me"
"...Jen" he whispers pulling closer to him.
"I.." he starts "I'm so sorry about yesterday I didn't mean to kiss you like that. I didn't mean to ruin our day. I didn't mean to ruin everything..."
He keeps going.
" I just couldn't help myself, I'm really sorry Jen I'm soo..."
I smash my lips onto his, making him jump then instantly wrap his arms around me.
What was he even talking about? He didn't ruin anything. It's just that everything went too fast.
"What was that for?" He asks with his famous smirk on his face.
"Shut you up" I tease him.
"Look Ethan, you didn't ruin anything okay? It's just that I don't know what to feel. Because I.."
"Jen, it's okay. I was just scared that you were mad at me"
"Eth I would never be mad at you"
He pulls me into another hug. This time I felt safe,loved.
"I don't expect you to feel anything right now. We'll take things slow and see where this goes" He says.
"That would be perfect"

"That's my bro" Gray smiles as he sees Ethan walking out the forest with me. And they just run towards each other and start acting like a crazy in love couple.
"Couple of goofballs" I say as the three of us laugh.
We drive back to LA, right to the hotel.
It's really dark now so I was really in need of some sleep.
"Thanks guys"
"No thank you"
They both say.
"Wait I'ma walk you to your room"
Gray says.
"See you later Jen" Ethan shouts.
"See ya Eth"

"Soo.." I say while we stand at the door of my room.
"Thank you Jen" Gray says.
"I didn't do anything Gray"
"You brought my brother back. He always listened to me but I think he really likes you knowing this time he didn't. He felt really bad" he says clearly blushing.
"Gray, you're a great brother"
I can't help it. I just pull him closer as I kiss his cheek.
"You're a great person Jen"
He says as he waves goodbye.
What is going on with me? Why do I have this feeling all of a sudden?

So many mixed feelings.
Will Jen fall in love??
