It's been 2 years since Ash has left the Kalos region, and he loves it in Alola yet every day he feels something is missing, he can't put his finger on it. But the dense boy knew something was wrong. And one summer day is where our story begins.
"As usual he's still asleep!" Lillie complained, Mallow giggled slinging an arm around her girlfriend. "Meh, whatcha gonna do about it?" Lillie shrugs. "I dunno, get Pikachu to thunderbolt him aw-" suddenly she was interrupted by "PIKACHUUUUU" Mallow smirks. "Your prayers have been answered M'lady." Suddenly they heard a loud thump as Iris and Kiawe walk up and Iris slumps. "He's still asleep?" Kiawe smirks and pats Iris' head. "Not anymore Princess." Iris blushes at the nickname and looks away. "Meh."
Suddenly Lana and Sophocles ran to them holding hands they stared at Ash as he left his room, a wide grin on his face. "Hey guys!" Lillie waved. "Hey!" Mallow smirked. "Bout time dude." Ash nodded smiling nervously. "Yeah sorry!" Lana smirked. "Well hurry up silly! There's a showcase in Alola today!" Ash smiled wide. "Oh right! I can't wait! I just remembered I had a friend who did that; she was really awesome! Funny right?" He doesn't realize he's blushing and Lana hops onto Sophocles shoulders. "THEN LETS GO!" Sophocles snickers holding onto her legs as he runs outside, Mallow smirks picking up the blonde girl beside her, Lillie turns red and shrieks as Mallow runs outside, Lillie in her arms. Iris grabs Kiawes hand and pulls him outside. "Come on!" Kiawe turns red as he's dragged off by Iris; Ash trails behind his faithful pal Pikachu on his shoulder.
The friends all stand at the front of the crowd and a girl with bobbed blue hair and blue eyes steps on the stage. "Hello everyone! I am Miette and we are so happy to be in Alola! The crowd cheers and she giggles. "Please enjoy the show!" She gasps when she sees Ash and her face of happiness turns to worry as she scrambles to backstage. A girl with brown hair then steps on the stage, hers in two ponytails and a pretty red dress with a white jacket adorning her she twirls around the stage while fairy dust illuminates her figure, she smiles confidently when the spotlight shows her face, people cheer and she dances around the stage, she smirks. "Ivysaur! Solar beam!" She throws her hand up and Ivyaur does it she then dances more and then leaves being shrouded once again in darkness
Then the same girl from before comes on stage "slurrpuff! Use fairy wind!" The Pokémon obliges making a dreamy like feeling cast over the audience. Her eyes sparkle and she twirls around and smirks once more "Slurrpuff! Use heart stamp and then cut!" Slurrpuff DID SO and the shards scattered about the crowd only to disappear as she stepped back into darkness.
The spotlight then went to the center of the stage as a sylveon greeted all with fairy wind, and suddenly a girl with strawberry blonde hair stepped up, the one and only Serena. Ash's true love. Serena smiled and danced gracefully throwing her pancham in the air and catching him quickly. "Ah!" She giggled as Delphox and her went back to back swirling in circles only for Delphox to throw her stick and for Serena to catch it. Then suddenly she reached her hand out and Miette took it twirling around with her and linking Arms with her and being twirled to the front of the stage only for Shauna to do the same and be twirled to the front of the stage, Serena then stood by the two as they took hands and bowed only for people to go wild cheering and for Ash to yell over everyone else. "SERENA!" Serena felt her heart flutter as she looked over to the boy who waved like crazy, Miette gasped and turned her away from the audience, ash stared confused.
The talented trio, made their way to the audience to give autographs, now out of costume, Miette was wearing a collared long sleeved white shirt and a black skirt with a flower in her hair, Shauna is in a pink sweater with a pink headband in her hair and blue shorts with white leggings, Serena was in a shirt that showed her shoulders and had long sleeves like Valerie's, it was a blue shirt however. She had a blue ribbon tied beautifully on her neck, and some black and white leggings with brown boots and a cute lil white bow in her hair. Serena smiled at everyone; the same smile Ash would lie awake at night thinking about.
He made his way to the front, he noticed Miette and Shauna were busy giving out autographs so he ran up to Serena and hugged her. "SERENA!" He exclaimed and Serena stared confused when the hug was over she smiles. "Oh! It's always so nice to get a hug from a fan!" Ash stared. "Heh; yeah! I'm a big fan of ya! Oh it's been so long we have to catch up!" Serena stared. "I'm sorry sir but I cannot." Ash stared at her 'Sir? She's never called me that before...' Serena tilted her head.
"You're too kind sir... but.. i apologize, I don't know you."
