Chapter 10 - The Dolkin Clan

A/N: I just wanted to acknowledge two of my most loyal readers EbonyHogan and Lauzzaa. Laura is one of my best friends in real life and I really appreciate all her support and even though I don't know ebony in real life her encouragement has really meant a lot.

Chapter 10

Willow's P.O.V.

I woke up the find my legs and arms chained to the wall as well as a collar around my neck. I used all my strength to try and break the chains but they were too strong. I could still move around thankfully but the chains only allowed me to move about a metre in every direction. Not that that mattered due to the limited amount of space in the room anyway. 

I sat down on the cold, concrete floor and staring up at the sliver light coming into the room from a sky light in the roof. I could tell it was night time now from the colour of the sky. Instead of it being a bright blue or a light gray it was a dark blue almost purple colour. I jumped when the metal door to the room opened slowly causing a high pitched noise. I looked up and my wolf growled. There stood Dominic with a plate of what looked to be mashed potatoes and chicken. I glared up at him and he looked away almost guiltily. I backed away slowly as he started moving closer. My back was soon against the wall and he wasn't even a rulers length away from me. He placed the food on the ground and smirked before backing away and towards the door. As he turned to walk out I grabbed the meal and tossed it at his back. I giggled when it hit him right in the middle of his back. 

I soon stopped when he turned back around and stormed towards me. I sank to the ground and before I knew it his hand was raised and I coming down towards my face. I felt the tears well up in my eyes as his hand landed hard against my cheek. My cheek tingled in pain and I let a few tears fall. 

He exited the room without saying a word and I sat there for what felt like hours before I slowing fell into the pool of darkness known as sleep. 

Carlisle's P.O.V.

"What do you mean by she was kidnapped?" I asked Alice and Jacob angrily. 

"She was taken in an SUV." 

"WHY DIDN'T YOU STOP THEM?" 

"He manipulated my vision I had been shown that it was Jacob who took her but when I got to her house Jacob was in there with an ice pack pressed to the back of his head," Alice explained. 

"He?" I asked curiously.

"Dominic. He was the vampire that killed her family all those years ago. Since her pack was slaughtered she has been hiding within the Uley Pack as Jacob's adopted sister. She saw him yesterday and that's why she fainted. Dominic is a dangerous vampire and from what I know I can deduce that he is most likely part of the Dolkin Clan." 

"Dolkin Clan?" Jacob questioned.

"The Dolkin Clan are like vampire assassins but they only kill werewolves. They have been terrorizing werewolves all over America since the 19th century but not many werewolves are aware of them due to the fact they make the attacks look like they were down by rogue wolves," Alice explained and I could see the worry on Jacob's face for his sister. 

"We need to find her," I told them quietly barely able to speak. I couldn't lose her, I had only just found her. 

"Well lets go," Jacob urged. 

We raced outside and I could feel warm, salty tears slowly sliding down my face. 

'I will find you my love.'

Willow's P.O.V. 

I opened my eyes to find myself in the same position I was in the night before but this time there was some toast with jam on the ground in front of me. As I reached for it i heard a voice come from over in the corner.

"You're finally awake," It stated and I glanced over to find the voice was coming from a tanned man sitting in the corner on a chair. 

"Who are you?" 

"I'm Zachaeus of the Dolkin Clan."

"Dolkin Clan?" 

He chuckled and looked at me in curiosity. 

"Dominic was lucky to get someone like you, it's too bad he signed his life away before he met you."

"What are you talking about?!?" I questioned causing him to chuckle even more. 

"You'll find out one day little one," He stated before exiting the room leaving me all alone, once again. 

"ZACHAEUS!" I yelled wanting him to come back. I needed to know what he meant. Why would Dominic be lucky to get someone like me? and what did he mean by get anyway? 

I reached for the toast again to find it was stone cold. I laid my head back against the wall and started counting the individual tiles on the ceiling of the room. Just before I reached 50 my eyes started to become heavy and once again I was overcome by sleep. 

Dominic's P.O.V.

"You didn't tell her," Zachaeus commented. 

"Didn't tell her what?"

"That she is your mate."

"I couldn't. She has Carlisle now and I signed my life away years ago. There is no going back for me."

"Maybe not," He stated agreeing, "but you haven't even tried."
