Willow's P.O.V.

I was surprised when Dominic let me go. I just wish everything could have been different, I could see in his eyes that he was a good person.

Walking through New York City at night was much scarier then I had anticipated. Sounds coming from everywhere, every alley way and apartment building. I started to feel safer once I reached a familiar building. I had dreamed of coming here with Rory and my parents but that dream was crushed pretty early on.

I brought my ticket and off I was, up to the top of the Empire State Building. There wasn't many people there so it was nice and quiet. As I looked over the city I felt all my worries fade away but just as they faded they came right back. I knew there wasn't many people here with me but it was suddenly eerily quiet. I tensed as I felt the cold radiating off the body behind me.

"Willow..."

I slowly swiveled my body to face the person and I tried my best to not get angry.

"Dominic, you said you would listen to me. So leave me alone." I said bitterly.

He reached towards me but I flinched away. He grabbed my face gently and gently ran his finger over the wound on my forehead which I had forgotten was there. I hissed out in pain and he sighed.

"Goodbye, Willow..."

I blinked and he was gone.

I stared out the observation window for hours before I finally decided it was time to head back to the hotel. I didn't have enough money on me to get a taxi so I was worried to walk back so late at night.

As I was about to leave I felt a cold breeze on the back of my neck. I turned in the direction of the breeze and noticed a door leading outside slightly ajar. Being the curious person I am I slipped out the door hoping the employees wouldn't notice. I slowly ascended the steps until I was finally at the top.

There was a metal platform and a man in a black trench coat balancing on the edge. It looked as though he was about to jump. I sprinted towards him and yanked him back from the edge but before I knew it he had me by the neck and was dangling me over the edge.

Alice's P.O.V.

I fell to the ground just as we reached the Empire State Building and screamed out in pain. The vision was more prominent and it was like I could hear her begging for him to let her go but it was distant. As soon as the vision ended my head shot up to look at the top of the building and there she was.

"Carlisle..."

I glanced at where he was standing previously but found no one there, same with Edward. I looked back up and noticed Carlisle approaching Aro. Edward was also standing there. As quickly as possibly I raced to the top.

Once I reached the top I noticed that Carlisle was negotiating with Aro.

"Aro, this isn't the way to handle this. Kayden wasn't to destroy the Volturi and your being here is giving him that chance. Please let go of Willow. Please..."

"Let go of her you say?"

"Yes. Let her go."

"Okay"

As soon as he said those words he let go of her and a bloodcurdling scream was erupted from her mouth. I screamed as I saw her body falling as if in slow motion from the Empire State Building. 381 metres high. Aro chuckled at my reaction and sauntered off back into the building. I clutched onto Edward as he led us out of the building. I clenched my eyes shut not wanting to see poor Willow.
