Carlisle's P.O.V.

"Where else would she put all her research?" I asked Jacob, standing at the door of her pulled apart bedroom. He turned to me and shrugged.

"I have no idea," He answered looking around the room one last time.

"The floorboards," Rosalie stated randomly, sauntering into the room heading straight towards a discoloured floorboard. She slammed her foot down on one end and the floorboard swung upwards right into her waiting hand. "Everyone knows that the best place to hide something is right under everyone's nose."

She looked down into the hole and frowned.

"What's wrong?" Jacob asked moving closer to where Rosalie was standing.

"THAT SHREWD LITTLE MUTT!" she yelled angrily throwing down the floorboard.

"What is going on in here?" Alice asked calmly.

"She took her research with her," Rosalie answered pulling up the floorboard once more and motioning for Alice to come look.

Alice rolled her eyes and smirked slightly.

"She didn't want to let the Volturi have any of it," Alice stated giggling.

"And why is that funny?" I snapped and she glanced up at me with annoyance.

"Why don't you come look for yourself!" She stormed out of the room and into the kitchen where Jasper was looking.

I walked over to the hole and picked up the piece of paper laying at the bottom of it.

It read:

Hello Volturi,

As you can see my research is no longer here better luck next time.

Kisses,

Willow

P.S. A word of advice, GIVE UP! You will never find them but they will find you.

I smirked slightly but then frowned. If we don't find her now we might never hear her sarcastic comments or stupid laugh that sounded like a seal ever again. She may trust Dominic but I can't.

"ALICE!" I called. She entered the room again and frowned.

"What?"

"Have you seen anything at all."

"No. Someone keeps blocking the visi..."

Her eyes glazed over slightly and she rushed over to Willow's bedside table and grabbed a piece of paper. She snatched a pen off Jacob and started to draw furiously. I tried to see what she was drawing but with the speed of her hand an it going back and forth I couldn't make out anything. She suddenly stopped and collapsed onto the bed. I rushed over to her and took her in my arms.

"Alice... Alice!" I whisper yelled. She shifted in my arms and then looked up at me joyfully.

"Kenneth's Roadhouse Diner and Motel."

Willow's P.O.V.

I saw a large sign coming into view and I sighed in relief when I read it.

Kenneth's Roadhouse Diner and Motel

I glanced over to find Dominic reading a sheet of paper. I shifted slightly so I could read it slightly and once I noticed what it was I slammed on the brakes. He flew forward and his grip on the paper loosened. I took that as my opportunity and I snatched it off him.

"DON'T YOU DARE TOUCH MY PERSONAL ITEMS!" I screamed, extremely angry. He glared at me and tried to reach for the paper but I shoved it into my pocket.

"I deserve to know what it says. Its about MY clan after all," He argued and I scoffed.

"After everything they have done to you, I can't believe you would still consider them as your clan."

"They haven't done anything to me!"

"...What?"

I gave him a confused look and he looked down muttering something like 'shut up you idiot... can't tell... secret... mission.' I decided to ignore it but I still wanted my answer so I slapped his shoulder causing him to look up at me.

"What do you mean they have done nothing to you?" I asked through clenched teeth. I saw a glimpse of worry cross his face before it settled on a frown.

"Nothing. Your right, They aren't my clan anymore," he muttered sadly, giving me a small smile and grabbing my hand once again but this time I didn't fall for his charm. I snatched my hand away and started driving into the diner's car park. I could see him debating whether he should say anything and I was glad when he kept quiet. I parked the car and got out not even bothering to say anything to him. I grabbed my purse and motioned for him to follow. I locked the car and made my way into the office of the motel.

As I walked in a kind lady sitting behind the counter greeted me, "Hello sweetheart, what can I do for you today?"

"I need a room for two. Preferably with two beds," I explained and she chuckled lightly and muttered something like 'Two beds... silly girl.' She opened a draw and pulled out a key.

"Here you go, darling. Room 15. Its upstairs at the very end. I hope your handsome boyfriend and you enjoy your stay."

I rolled my eyes about to correct her when suddenly two arms wrapped around my waist.

"Thank you, Ma'am. We will," Dominic replied squeezing my waist slightly when I tried to shimmy out of his hold. He grabbed my hand and gave the lady one last smile before pulling me out the door and in the direction of our room. I tried to escape his tight hold but it was useless.

He unlocked our room and as soon as I entered I instantly wanted to go back down and get another room. For some unknown reason she gave us what looked like the honeymoon suite. For a diner and motel it was quite fancy.

"I'm not staying in here."

"Yes you are, Willow. What is up with you? I thought you wanted to give us a chance but your just icing me out."

"Your the one keeping secrets. How am I meant to know that you won't call up Kayden and get me when I'm least expecting it."

"I let you go remember. Your the one that came back. If you truly believed that I would do that you wouldn't be here."

"Yeah well maybe I made a mistake."

"Does this feel like a mistake?"

I was confused but just before I could say anything his lips were pressed to mine. I gasped slightly allowing him to deepen the kiss. After a while I started to kiss back. He ended the kiss and gave me a 'well?' look.

"Well what?"

"Did that feel like a mistake?"

I blushed slightly and shrugged.

"Maybe," I stated teasingly and he chuckled at me before pulling me into an oddly warm embrace.

Carlisle's P.O.V.

"There it is," Emmett muttered looking up at the large fluorescent sign.

"Yeah, there it is. Kenneth's Roadhouse Diner and Motel," Alice stated.

"Let's go find Willow." I stated. We made our way towards the office completely oblivious to the eyes staring at us from the window of room 15.
