Loren's POV

Geo would always have a special place in my heart.

As I walked, I remembered him, his sweet smile, and the first time we kissed.

Sometimes I wish I could go back, and change all the mistakes I made, forgetting about geo, and ever trusting josh.

I finally arrived at the house. The little puppy was squirming to get to the door.

Once I got to the door, I heard a girl say, "you go get it!"

When the door opened, I saw him, Geo.

The memories flooded back into me.

I handed him the puppy and instantly left, I didn't want to get emotional.

I heard "wait!"

I turned around and saw Geo standing in front of me.

He handed me a small box and laughed, "You never opened the door for me that day you know"

He walked about a yard away and made a phone call.

While he did that, I looked at the box that said, "to: Loren From: Geo"

I opened the box, and it had the ring I had wanted since forever, but was wayyy too expensive.

It had a note that said, "Loren, I have loved you since the very first day I saw you, and I know you have wanted this ring for a long time, so I took all my savings, and used them on this ring. I will love you forever, even if you forget about me, I will think of you every day for the rest of my life.
Please don't oppose me and tell me I wasted my savings, because I know you would say that, because you care. Just take this ring, as a promise ring, because I promise in the end, it will work out and we will be together. I promise to love you forever. Love, Geo"

After I read it, I started to tear up, and eventually I burst into tears.

Geo came over to me and I fell into his arms sobbing.

"I still love you Loren." he softly said.
"I love you too" I said crying.

He kissed me but I pushed him away.

"No. You have a girlfriend. Stop.."

"I just broke up with her, Loren. I want to be with you."

This made me love him even more, the fact that he would give up everything, for me.

I kissed him and then pulled him into a loving hug.

"Will you be my girlfriend Loren?"

"Yes"

He held me, and everything just started feeling so familiar, like nothing had changed, and nothing had.
