The Boys Next Door (o2l)

Chapter 1

I woke up on another boring summer day and slumped downstairs. My long brown hair was in a mop on top of my head and i was wearing the ugliest pajamas i owned. i honestly did not care about how i looked at all over the summer. even though i lived in california summers around here were just kinda slow and no one ever did anything fun. i had like no neighbors and all of my friends were on vacation.

"Alexis, goodmorning, i have to drop off sarah at mallory's and i have to go to dads office he needs some help so you'll be home alone most of the day, if you wanna go somewhere call me and just let me know, love you! bye!," my mom rushed as she gathered her stuff and ran out the door.

I walked over to the fridge and grabbed some milk and made cereal. i took my bowl over to the breakfast table that faced a giant window that had a perfect veiw of our pool and the empty house next door. i took out my phone and just checked all of my social media.

once i was done i cleaned up and went upstairs to take a shower. When I was turing on the water I saw a moving truck pull up to the empty house next door. I realized I should probably go talk to our new neighbors or else my mom would make me so I just jumped in the shower so I could make myself somewhat presentable.
