Chapter 12

---Miyuki---

It's been a week since Syo and I have started dating and well... things have never been better!

I've finished my song, finally! After all that I've found the right tune and lyrics and well... I really think this is the song.

I haven't shown it to anyone but Hyuga-sensei, Ringo-sensei and the Headmaster. 

I haven't showed Syo because... Well I kind of want it to be a surprise for him in a way.  Since it is about him of course and what he's done to me.

But the thing is, I had my original lyrics so perfectly sculptured around him. Yet that would have made it so obvious that it was Syo who I had fallen for, so I changed them around a bit.

I made it so no one could tell who it was about, well I mean it’s about me but the lyrics are different and in all honesty, it’s like a good dance, love song. And well, 

That's exactly what I wanted.

Anyways... today is the big day, it's my debut!

I'm really, really, really nervous! I mean how could I not be? This is like the most important concert of my life! Omg I can't even-

"Miyuki-chan!" called a voice through the door interrupting my thoughts.

"Ringo-sensei!" I smiled as I saw him.

"Are you all ready to do some practice rehearsals?"

"Yup! Just give me a minute to get my things!" I grinned before grabbing my jacket and running out the door.

Miyuki had spent an hour or so practicing and making sure everything was perfect for her debut tonight.

She was so excited yet nervous at the same time. She knew she wanted to perform so bad but there was still a small part inside her that was holding back.

Holding back because of her mother.

Yes. Miyuki knew she'd never truly be able to let her mother go. Even after all the pain her mother had put her through, she was still her mom and she still loved her, no matter what.

But that was only a small part in Miyuki, the bigger part, was in a way mad but also, it didn't care about her.

That's why she was doing this, becoming an idol, because she was no longer going to let her mom stop her from living her dream. But there was also another part in Miyuki. Just the tiniest part.

A part that wishes she hadn't thrown that letter in the bin.

Yes, there was a curious part to Miyuki that in a way wished she had read that letter. Just to see what that person was bothering to say. Whether it was even slightly important or just bullshit.

The whole STARISH group could only grin as they finished their own final rehearsal before the debut tonight.

Yes, it was going to be both STARISH and Miyuki’s debut on the same night and at the same place.

It was going to be a huge night. Shining Saotome was going to release their first group artists and their first solo artist who composed their own music!

People all around the country were filled with excitement. They couldn't wait to see these new acts, as they are the first releases from the new entrants from Saotome. Everyone and I mean everyone was excited and talking no stop about the acts tonight.
