Rose's Fairytale Happily Ever After

Nightmares part 3

Normal Pov

It was 2 days before the night of the ball and the curse on Rose was not lifted. Everyone had been coming up with ideas but none of them had work. During the day, Rose would have no fever or bad dreams. When it came to night time, her fever would be back and so would be the nightmares. Cinderella allowed Hawk to stay in Rose's room overnight to keep an eye on her. They only had two more days to break the curse before the ball. 

Rose Pov

The nightmares were getting worse each night and so was the fever. I was lucky that my granny let Hawk stay with me. I felt safe knowing he was with me at all times. The ball was in two days and I wanted to go so bad. 'We will find a way to stop this curse' she thought to herself. Rose made it through the school day and it was night time once again. "Hawk, thank you for being here for me." "I will always be here for you Rose" he said. With that said, Rose starts to fall asleep.

Hawk Pov

He watches Rose fall asleep and sits in his usual spot. "I have to find a way to break this curse." Hawk tells Gigi to keep a watch on Rose so that he could sleep for a few minutes. Meanwhile, Malvie was spying on them once again using her invisibility spell. She finally found out that they had her small dragon in a cage locked up and unable to escape. She whispers a spell that destroys the cage and the dragon makes its way to Rose's room.

Malvie Pov

"Setting my dragon free is the perfect plan." Knowing that Hawk was taking a nap, she knew that Rose was unprotected. She sees the dragon is about to go in the room when she sees that Rose's mouse was trying to wake up Hawk. Hawk wakes up to see Gigi is pointing to something. He grabs his wand , ready to fight whatever was coming. The dragon tries to attack Hawk but he was much faster than the dragon. Using his snow magic, Hawk freezes the dragon and it shatters into pieces. "No! My dragon is gone!" Malvie is so angry that Hawk has destroyed her dragon that she casts a spell to make Rose's curse the worst it's ever been. 'Ha! Try to save her now!' she thinks to herself. 

Normal Pov

The next morning, Cinderella gave Rose and Hawk the day off. She explains that her and the other teachers think that they have finally reached a solution to break the curse once and for all. All the teachers agreed that their grades wouldn't be affected by taking the day off. They all wanted Rose to be her normal self again. If the plan worked, they would be able to go to the ball without any worries. Although the rest of the group wanted the day off too, the teachers said that only Hawk was necessary for their plan.

Joy Pov

Joy, Travis, and Astoria go through the school day hoping that Rose would be OK. "My grandpa says that he is positive that the plan will work"she says to the group. "I hope so" says Astoria. The trio has some free time before the end of the day so they head to the school garden.  "Let's make Rose a dress for the ball!" "I'm not good with dresses" said Travis. "That's okay, leave the sewing to me and Joy. You can go get the fabric we will need. " Astoria said. The girls give Travis a list of fabric that they need and he heads to town on his dragon. 

Normal Pov

Rose and Hawk had spent the day together talking about the ball tomorrow night. They talk about the first time they had danced together and remember the fun they had. This time would be different because they would be going as a couple for the first time. The teacher's arrive at Cinderella castle and go over the plan with Rose and Hawk. Professor Lefrog explained how the teacher's would cast a spell on Hawk that allows him to enter Rose's nightmares. He would be given the task to find Rose in her nightmare and to convince her that they weren't real. If he did this successfully, they believe that the nightmares and the fever would be broken. 

Malvie Pov

Thinking that the extra curse on Rose's nightmares wouldn't be broken, Malvie returns to her family's house. Ever since prince Phillip defeated her mom, they had been living in a small house. The house was on earth since all the villains were banished to earth. "Mom I'm home." She enters her house to see that her mom had dinner ready. Malvie tells her mom of all the evil she has been up to and her mom is proud of her.
