Rose's Fairytale Happily Ever After

The new plan

Malvie Pov

A few days later, Malvie was on her way to morning assembly when she saw Hawk and Rose holding hands fast asleep. "This is perfect!" "Hawk won't be able to stop me now. Hahaha." What Malvie didn't know was that Hawk wasn't completely asleep. She casts a spell towards them and is surprised when a bunch of snow flew back at her. 'Impossible!' she thought. Hawk looked at her shocked face and just smiled. 'You can't protect her for long, I will get her'. 

Hawk Pov

"That Malvie will never learn. I will always protect Rose from harm."  He looks over to see Rose's sleeping face. She was a true princess even if she didn't believe it. Morning assembly was about to start so I shake Rose to wake her up. "Rose wake up. The shoes are on sale 80% off." With hearing that Rose immediately woke up. "What really?! Let's go! Hey wait there's no shoes here?"said Rose. " I know,I'm sorry but I knew that would wake you up. Tell you what I promise to take you shoe shopping after school okay?" Rose agrees and they head to morning assembly. 

Normal Pov

Later that day, they head to the dragon area for dragon class.Coach Beast tells the students that they will be having a race. The first team to reach dragon land will receive a high grade. They will also get one free pass to miss a day of class. Everyone goes to the forge dragon to get their regal armor on. "Remember if a team finishes with more than one person on a dragon it still counts as a win. Now go!" Coach Beast roars. The students take to the skies and the race is on.

Rose Pov

"Alright! I'm going to win this time." Rose and her dragon have bonded especially over shoes! They fly to the sky catching up with the others. Hawk was as always way ahead of everyone but Rose was catching up. "Yippee! We're almost caught up to Hawk" she said. Vicky and her team were also catching up. Vicky flies close to Malvie's dragon and talks to her about a way to win the race.

Malvie Pov

Vicky was telling me how we could easily win the race. We would attack Rose's team and they would have no one to save them. Since Astoria and Joy were in front of them they decide to go after them first. "Sleeping curse" said Vicky and Malvie. The spell hits the girls dragon and they start falling. Travis sees Joy and Astoria are in trouble so he flies his dragon to them. "Hop on" he says and the girls jump from their sleeping dragons onto Travis's dragon. They continue in the race, but before they could catch up to Rose and Hawk a spell is aimed at Travis's dragon. "Oh no!" They start falling and Rose is the first one to notice. "Pumpkin magic" she said and a flying pumpkin carriage is in the air. Travis, Joy, and Astoria land in the carriage safe and sound. "Thanks Rose. Go win the race we will be OK" Astoria said. Rose is relieved that her friends are safe and continues the race.

Hawk Pov

Hawk looks back to see that the only members in his group are Rose and himself. Rose catches up to him and explains what happened. ' Malvie and Vicky are behind this I bet' he thinks to himself. He didn't want to worry Rose or upset her. "Let's win this for the team Rose." Rose nods her head in agreement. They continue to be in the lead but Malvie's dragon catches up to them. Hawk sees them and tells Rose to get in front of him. She doesn't ask why but she listened to him and did what he asked. 

Rose Pov

Rose didn't understand why Hawk wanted her to be in the lead but she did what she was asked. She looks behind her to see that Malvie was closing in on them. 'Be careful Hawk'. She knows that Hawk will protect her but she didn't want to see him get hurt. Hawk has his wand ready in case Malvie decides to try something. What Hawk didn't know was that she had used a spell to make Vicky look like her. Meanwhile, Malvie had used a temporary invisibility spell so that she could carry out her plan. Out of the corner of her eye, Rose sees a blue light heading  towards Hawk. Before she could warn Hawk, she steers her dragon towards Hawk and jumps from her dragon. The spell hits her and she starts to fall. "Rose!" Hawk tells his dragon that they have to catch her. Rose starts falling faster and he tries to catch her. Before she could hit the ground, Hawk and his dragon reach her and she is in his arms. 

Normal Pov

The racers reach dragon land and are surprised that Rose and her team didn't make it there first. Astoria, Joy, and Travis had reached dragon land in the pumpkin carriage that Rose had made for them. Rose's dragon reaches them but they noticed that Rose wasn't there. " Where's Rose?!" Everyone was shocked to see that Rose was nowhere to be seen. After a few minutes, Hawk reaches dragon land and immediately runs to coach Beast. "Hawk what is the matter?"  Coach Beast sees that Rose is unconscious and knows that something is terribly wrong. Everyone sees that something has happened to Rose and they are worried about her. Hawk is crying while holding her because he doesn't know what happened. Malvie and Vicky look at each other with an evil grin. Their plan had worked and they won the race.

What happened to Rose? Will she recover from the spell? Can Hawk help break it? Will Malvie and Vicky get away with it? Stay tuned to find out.
