I walked down to my family's mailbox, opening it up and removing the mail. I separated the irrelevant envelopes and put them into the bin, keeping the rest.
I walked back inside the house, going to the coffee table to go through the mail, one of them catching my eye.

I furrowed my eyebrows as I read the visible part of the letter, opening up the envelope to reveal the rest.
"Blah..Blah... You've been accepted into Pledis, through a video submission. Please contact XXXX-XXXX for further details." I read out.
Video Submission?
I decide to contact the number. I did not submit any video. I don't even know what Pledis Entertainment is.
"Hello?" I said as they picked up the phone. "Ah. Miss Jisu, I've been expecting a call from you." The person on the other end says.
"I'm sorry but there must be a mistake.. I didn't submit any video for your company.." I said, furrowing my eyebrows.
"Ah.. But all your particulars matched the video perfectly. You even stated your name in the video. Apparently, you even posted it on youtube."
My eyes widened.
"I'm sorry but I posted that video a year ago.. It was just for fun." I defended, getting a little nervous.
"Don't worry Miss Jisu, this is Mr Han. I'd like to have you join the company." He says excitedly.
"I'm sorry Sir.. But with all due respect, I don't know what your company does." I said, a little scared as to how he was going to react.
"Pledis Entertainment is a company I made in 2007. It's a record label and entertainment agency." He assured me.
"I'm sure there are many people out there.." I said, as I slouched my back.
"That may be true. But you have a place in our company, Jisu. We're keen in putting you into a 13 member group." He says as I hear some shifting in the background.
"Annyeonghaseyo." I hear a harmony of guys say. "You want me to join a guy group?" I furrowed my eyebrows.
"Yes! It's a rarity to see a girl member when all the others are guys. It would be extraordinary!" He said excitedly.
"I'll send you a message containing details, please consider them Miss Jisu."
Not even waiting for my response, he ends the call. I couldn't bring myself to call him again so I left it at that.
My phone vibrates and it shows that he sent me a message.

-2pm Tomorrow.
Punctuality would be appreciated.
I sighed as he practically sent me orders as if I was already working for him.
I shrugged it off before going up to my room, examining my surroundings while I thought about it.
I guess tomorrow's the beginning of a brand new journey..
