When Petr had agreed to do this he had not imagined to be caught this early. He could imagine Ryan's face when Ryan found out v he had been caught so early or Jaxon's face when he recalled how many times he had told him it was a bad idea.
There was no way he could hide and even if he could , what about the empty wheel chair. From the skirt time he had known Diedre , he knew she was a smart woman and would want to know how he moved without his where'll chair.
So rather v than looking for a place to hide , he began thinking of reasons to talk her.
He obviously couldn't nor possibly tell her the truth and neither could he tell he that he had miraculously found himself here or that he had started walking miraculously.
OK, now he was doomed! He was pretty sure she was going to take that precious heel/weapon of hers and finally dig it in his head.
His reputation was also at stake here.
If the press got a hold of this, he was doomed! His face will be on the tabloids and t.v for a long time. And his dad will argue with his mum about whose fault it was that he had Been spoilt and given too much freedom as a child, the he'll have -
Petr frowned when he still did not hear any thing to prove he had been caught in the act.
Maybe she was still staring at the empty wheelchair or maybe she was in her closet decided what shoe will make his death quicker and non messy.
Then he heard it, the soft pad of her feet against the floor, his heart beat increased with each footstep.
Suddenly, a snout appeared at the door, followed by the familiar brown and black head of Simba.
He walked in and stared at Petr for the longest time, then as if that wasn't nerve wracking enough, Simba sat on the floor Hus head tilted in confusion as if thinking." What the-? I could have sworn he could not walk. Maybe I'm seeing things."

Petr wanted to check of it was only Simba that was with him but Simba was doing a good job of blocking the door and he wasn't sure where he stood with Simba at this point. Sure, earlier on they had been close, but he was a dog, always loyal to their owners before anyone else.
He was probably blocking the door to stop Petr from running away before Diedre could come back with her weapon.
He had finally managed to stand in front of Simba and saw he had done nothing but stare at him in curiousity.
"Petr, hope Simba isn't given you a hard time?!" He sighed in relief when he heard her voice from the patio.
"W - what?! No, we're doing just fine."
"Good!"

Petr resisted the urge to stand and stretch. He was not ready to make that expensive mistake any time soon.
And even if he wanted to, he couldn't cuz since the !moment he started ' working' on this computer -well Ryan basically did all the work through Skype but nevertheless- Simba had been watching him.
Like really creepy kind of watching p. After getting tired of sitting, Simba had proceeded to lay down and watch him, he even had his fore legs crossed as if saying ." I got my eyes on you."

He was done for the day, all he had to do now was tell Sophie the things to buy,go home and watch some videos on how to fix them and voila he was done and he could enjoy this short adventure he was on.
For some reason, he did not like the idea of not seeing Diedre again.
Oh well! It was probably cuz he'll miss her muffins. Now those where delicious. He would ask her for the recipe - through Sophie of course - but then he will burn his whole house trying to bake it.
He wheeled himself towards the door - with Simba tight behind him - and went out searching for Diedre.
He wheeled to the backyard when he had not seen her anywhere and almost fell out of his chair when he realized they had a freaking bath tub at their backyard!
And Diedre was inside.
