Kiro's POV

"Hmmmm." I hummed, looking up at the really large wall in front of me that marked the beginning of the Zoldyck Estate.

I looked around and walked up to a check point with an old man in it. The gatekeeper.

I walked in, there was no door. It looked like there used to be though.

"Hey, mister, how do I get in?" I asked him, folding my arms across my chest and tilting my head.

"Huh? Why do you want to get in? Are you another friend of Killua's?" He asked me. "Because Killua's with three of his friends."

I scoffed. "Killua? No. I'm a friend of Illumi's."

The man's eyes widened. "Illumi?! You're friends with master Illumi?!"

I nodded.

"O-oh. Let me call up, and see if I can get Illumi on the line for you."

The old man seemed a bit scared that I was friends with Illumi.

Hm. Oh well.

He dialed a number on the phone and waited for someone to pick up.

"Hi. This is Zebro. Yes. One of Illumi's friends are here.

It's a small girl. Yes. I don't know. Okay. Thank you."

He put the phone down.

"Okay, he said that any friend that Illumi would make would be strong. Strong enough to go through the Testing Gate on your own."

"The Testing Gate?" I asked.

He nodded.

"Yeah, it's the front right there. Even though I doubt that you will be able to get through the first gate, he said to at least to get through the second one."

I got mad.

"You think that just because I am small, that I am weak?!" I yelled at him.

"I WILL SHOW YOU JUST HOW EASILY I CAN GET THROUGH ALL OF THE GATES!" I screamed.

I marched out to the front of the gates and I stood there waiting for him.

He looked like he wanted to say something.

"What?" I growled.

"W-well, not even the strongest of the Zoldycks can do all seven of them...." He stuttered.

I looked up at them.

"You're goin' down gate." I challenged.

Zebro sweatdropped. "She's talking to the gate..."

"1/10." I mumbled.

I slammed my palms against the stone, and pushed with all my might.

I looked up to see all seven gates swing open.

I then looked back to see Zebro's eyes almost popping out of his head.

I smirked. "See ya."

I passed through the gate, it closing behind me automatically.

"Okay, I'm guessing that I go straight." I said aloud to myself.

---Time Skip---

Two hours later I came up to a girl holding a staff.

"Who are you?" The girl asked.

"I am Kiro Chi Itami. Is this the way to the mansion?" I answered, asking a question back.

"Yes. And you need to pass me to get up there." She told me, getting into a stance.

"Hm. Okay."

I started walking towards her.

In a second, I was behind her.

"Huh?" She called out, turning around to find me.

"You only said to pass you. Not to have to fight." I told her, walking away from her.

"A-ah wait!" She called after me, running up to me.

"You were supposed to fight me!" She told me, catching up and bringing her staff down on my head with all her might.

I just turned and looked at her, then turned back around and kept walking.

"You're weak. I don't fight weak people when I don't need to."

I called back to her.

She looked shocked. "How...Did she.....Impossible...." The girl mumbled.

I smiled, then ran full speed up the path.

I reached the Zoldyck mansion in less than five minutes.

Which was good because the sun was setting.

I walked up to the door, and it opened from inside.
