Chapter 11
It’s been over a week of me and Harry dating, we’ve seen each other every day after school and to be honest; I think I might be falling for him. El was out with Louis so it was just me and Harry watching the notebook (my fav!). I cuddled closer to him; I loved being around him and to think just over a week ago I was avoiding him.
“Chris?” He asked looking down at me.
“Yeah, Harry?” I asked shifting up so I could see him.
“You’re beautiful.” He said staring at my face making me blush.
“Aww, you’re so cute.” I giggled shifting back down.
“Wait no, that wasn’t what I was going to say, not that you aren’t beautiful because you are but I meant that wasn’t what I wanted to say…” He started rambling on.
“What did you want to say?” I asked nervously. Did he want to stop seeing me…?
“Ok umm Christina; will you do me the honour of being my girlfriend?” He asked catching me off guard.
“Chris?” He asked more nervously by me not answering.
All I did was nod uncontrollably. The smile on his face was priceless (I wish I could take a picture.).
We cuddled up together some more and ended up falling asleep.
I woke up the next morning with some strong arms around me. I tried wriggling away but it was useless, he was holding me in a death grip.
I heard Eleanor laughing at me struggling to leave his grip; I stuck my tongue out at her as I was set free.
After my daily morning routine I curled the tips of my red hair as Harry finally woke up.
“I’ll walk you to school; I just need to get changed.” He said pecking me on the lips before leaving.
I waiting for half an hour playing flappy birds on my phone, damn that game stresses me out…
All I could think about is how Jason told me I wasn’t allowed to have a boyfriend. I’m almost 16 and I really wish he could chill out a bit. I also had a feeling he wouldn’t approve of Harry; he probably sees him like I saw him when I first came here; school bad boy and bad news.
“You ready?” Harry asked interrupting me from my thoughts.
“Yeah.” I forced out a smile.
“You’re regretting saying yes aren’t you?” He asked sitting down next to me.
“No. No!” I said a little too loud, “it’s my brother…”
“Does he not like me?” He looked a little hurt.
“It’s not you.” I sighed.
“Then what is it?”
Well here goes nothing.
“My brother used to be quite protective of me already, but when my parents died last year he kind of lost it. He became more of a father than a brother to me, he was all I had.” I was crying now, Harry was patting my back trying to comfort me.
“He can’t even stand the thought of me being with a guy never mind dating one.”
“I’m so sorry.” He soothed in my ear playing with locks of my red hair.
“Do you want to tell him?” He asked kissing my forehead. How did I get such a sweet boyfriend?
“Yes, he’ll just have to accept I’m growing up.” I smiled into his chest.
We walked into the school and Harry put his arm around me as we walked into the school. A lot of people watched at us and I was starting to feel uncomfortable with all the attention, I bet the words going to get to Jason soon.
“Hey mate.” Louis said as he walked towards us with three other guys.
“You must be Chris, I’m Niall.” The blonde one said, “That’s Zayn and that’s Liam.”
“Hi.” I smiled.
The bell went for my first class, business with Frankie!
“I’ll see you later.” I smiled at Harry as he pecked me on the lips, “Nice meet you all.”
