The Vampire and the Werewolf

Chapter 26

I heard a knock on the door. I got up off the bed. I forgot that Luke had gone to his office to do something. I slowly walked to the door and opened it. I saw the doctor from before. "Hey doc. Why do you need?" I asked him. "More like what you need." He said to me with a worried look. I was so confused. What's happening? "Um I'm sorry. What?" I asked him.

He moved me out of the way and walked into the room. "Hold on. I didn't say you could come in." I told him. He was acting really weird. Okay! I'm officially confused! What's happening? "Here." He said and put a cream on my neck. It stung a lot. "Ow! What the fuck! What is that?" I yelled. "Sssshhh! Here." He then put a bandage on my neck. "It's for the cut on your neck. We do t want the at to get infected do we? I totally forgot about it until now. Sorry if I scared you." He said apologetically. Okay! Now I understand.

"Okay. But you can't just storm on in here without telling me what your going to do. Cause then I'll think your a traitor to this tribe and try to kidnap me." I said. I laughed nervously at the end. He laughed as well. There was now a weird silence that I didn't like.

"Anyway. Thanks." I told him breaking the silence. "No prob. I'll just get back now." He said pointing to the door. I nodded my head and he did the same. He then left the room. I closed the door and let out a loud sigh. That was weird.

The door then slammed open out of no where. "Aahhh!" I yelled as I fell to the ground. I looked down at my knee that was now scraped. The sight of blood made me really thirsty. I tried to control it. I heard Meg's voice saying, "Oh my god! I am so sorry Amy! Here let me help." I tried to reply to her. "I can't help- s-or-ry Me-g" I said. I couldn't hold it anymore. Mara took over.

Mara's POV

"Hehehehe she couldn't hold it." I said aloud. "This girl. She's going to go thirsty. Dang." I looked down at what Amy did to our knee. "This does make me thirsty as well." I looked up to see a frightened little werewolf. "Awww. Don't be scared. I won't eat ya. I just need fresh blood. Then Amy will come back. Can you do that for me little wolfie?" I asked her. She nodded her head very quickly. She seems pretty frightened. Ha! No shit she's scared. Amy must've told the stories about me.

The little werewolf started to run away. I assume to get blood. I wonder how she'll get it. While she's doing that I might as well heal this cut. I put my hand on my knee. I winced at the pain. "Come on Mara you've been through worse." I then felt power come to my hand and into my knee. When I took my hand off the cut I smiled at it. The little werewolf came back with a blood bag. Now looking at it, in really thirsty. I ran toward her and grabbed the blood bag out of her hands. I drank the whole thing.

"Goodness. I didn't realize how thirsty I was." I said while laughing. I smiled at the little werewolf. "Thanks sweetie." I said to her. "Y-yes ma'am. U-um can i have Amy back?" She sounded so scared. "Oh! Of course little werewolf."

I then concentrated all my power on Amy. I felt the transition begin. I closed my eyes. When I opened them, I was back in my room with my beautiful chair.

"Home sweet home."
