Chapter 28
Rachel's pov:
I was at home eating my feelings through Ben and Jerry ice cream while watching Funny Girl when the door bell rang. I got up and opened the door to see Finn standing there in the rain.
"Finn what are you doing here?" I asked him.
"Rachel I am so sorry. Sam explained everything to me and I should've believed you when you said it meant nothing please take me back ." He begged .
I looked at him and said ,
"Finn, that's sweet that you're apologizing but no , I won't take you back." I said .
He looked at me disappointed and said ,
"Please Rach...."
"Finn you didn't believe me when I said it meant nothing. When I said I loved you and it meant nothing you didn't trust me . And it's not that I'm upset with you because I know I would be upset if you kissed another girl but you to not believe me or trust me enough to know that I would never cheat on purpose that is what hurts the most . That you had to hear it from someone else and I can't forgive you for that so I'm sorry but I don't want get back with you again." I said .
He looked at me with tears in his eyes and said ,
"Rachel I love you please don't do this." He begged me .
I held back the tears and said ,
"And that's why this hurts so much because as much as I love you I know that maybe right now is just not our time ." I said .
"So what ? You're letting me go?" He asked me .
I wiped my tears and said ,
"Yes."
"Rachel I love you ." He said again.
"Goodbye Finn." I said and slammed the door in his face before he could see the tears come down my face .
