Dead & The Note

I slowly opened my  eyes as my head pounded. Every thing was very blurry at first. Then my eyes started to focus. When I tried to sit up I couldn't because I was tied down by my arms and my legs. I lifted my head a little to see where I was. My head started to pound harder. I looked like I was in a cage; tied to a metal bed.

Where was I?

I couldn't remember how I got here or got tied up.

"I see you are awake." a voice in the corner of the room said.

"Where am I?" I said looking hard to see the person.

"Somewhere that nobody will hear your screams." The voice said.

Why does that voice sound so familiar?

"Dad, stop please let her go." Another voice said that I recognized as Nate's.

"Why would I do that?" That voice said.

"Just let her go." Nate said again.

Then I saw the figure step into the light. Nate's Dad.

Then my memory came back to me. Woods, Nate, Nate's Dad, and the needle.

"What are you going to do to me?" I said pulling on the ropes tied around my arms.

"Kill you, my darling but not just yet." Nate's dad said.

"Nate!?" I said looking for him.

"Aubrey, I'm sorry." Nate said walking towards me.

"Nate would you take care of her because it is soon the Full Moon Killing." Nate's dad said walking away leaving Nate and I.

"What's the Full Moon Killing?" I said looking at Nate as he sat down in the chair.

"It is the day, that was told by many ancestors that one day there would be a female healer/ werewolf more powerful then the rest. The female healer/werewolf will have three mates. She would be born on that day and if anyone wanted her powers they could take them by killing her." Nate said looking at me sadly.

"So I'm her." I said looking at Nate. 

"Yes, you are Aubrey." Nate said looking down.

"So I'm going to die on my birthday." I said.

"No, your not going to." Nate said getting up and walking towards me.

"Yes I will." I said looking him in the eyes.

"No because I am going to get you out of here." Nate said untying the ropes.

"But your dad." I said looking at him.

"Who cares." He said helping me up.

I couldn't stand; Nate grabbed me and carried me bridal style all the way out towards the woods but we were stopped.

"Well, well , well I never thought my own son would betray me." Nate's dad said.

Then all a sudden, his dad pulled out a gun.

"Aubrey get behind me." Nate said.

"No." I said stepping in front of Nate so his dad would have a perfect shot and closed my eyes.

I heard the gun go off and I stood there waiting for the bullet to hit me.

I opened my eyes to find Nate standing in front of me. With a bullet wound right through his chest.

"Nate!" I screamed as I fell down beside him trying to stop the bleeding.

"Awww darling that shows you that I will kill even if it is my own family, so come for me." Nate's dad said.

I knew something he didn't about me.

So I extend my palms out towards him and I shot the fire out like I did to Nate in the old bunker. But this time I didn't stop till I knew Nate's dad was dead.

I looked back down to Nate. I pressed my palms on his wound and tried to heal him but nothing happened.

"Why isn't it working!" I said freaking out as Nate lay there almost dead.

"A-Aubrey s-s-top." Nate said as he coughed up blood.

"No you going to die." I said still trying to heal him.

"A-A-ubrey it w-on't w-work, my d-dad u-sed a s-special b-bullet. S-sstop." NAte said spitting more blood up.

"Nate." I said feeling the tears running down my cheek.

"Nate don't die please." I said grabbing his hand and I felt something in between our hands but I would check later.

"A-Aubrey I l-love y-you." He said before closing his eyes.

"No, Nate don't close your eyes." I said realizing it was to late.

Nate was gone.

Nate's dad was dead.

I remember the thing in between Nate and my hand so I open our hands to find a note.

I need to tell you some important things. If you are reading this I am probably dead or something happened to me. My fiancé is ....................
