I really feel upset when people put themselves down and hate themselves. It makes me feel very sad and I just want them to feel happy.
To all of my readers who feel neglected, lost, depressed and think negative thoughts, please know that I am here for you and you were born for a reason.
Don't compare yourself to other people. Set your own goals and be who you were born to be. Whatever it is express, your craziness, your kindness, your nerdiness. Express who you are.
Tips on making yourself feel better and happier:
Numero 1: Watch or read anything you love. Personally, I watch the sidemen and Dodie. They are all beautiful human beings.Numero 2: You are the only one in this world full of 7 billion people who know what you are truly feeling like. Speak to someone who you really trust and let it all out. Tell them what you are feeling because I promise you everything will be off of your shoulders.
Numero 3 *awkwardly holds up 4 fingers before straining one finger to go down*: Sleep more. Sleeping more will, believe it or not, make you less moody. I mean unless you are a moody teenager then that can't be helped. Heh srry.
Numero 4: Read some of my bo- *coughs whilst scratching back of neck* chat to me here on wattpad. Unload yourself onto me...Gosh that sounded weird.
And lastly numero 5: Treat yourself. We may all not be Miss/Mr money bags but there are some things you can do that will cost like a pound or not money at all. Grab yourself a hot chocolate or smoothie. Have a nice walk along the beach in the hot sun. I mean do that if you don't live in Britain where it rains almost everyday.
And this is going to shock you, let yourself breathe in the country side air. The country side is free. (Unless it's private land). Completely free. and there are some spectacular sights there too. If you don't live next to the countryside, or there isn't one where you live, then that's ok. Because the Earth is the most precious and beautiful planet there is. Take a look around you before you think about disliking the place you live in.
