Epilogue

"so.. that is how my mother's story ends," i said to my friends.

"wait so basically, you're saying that your father died? I mean, that jungkook guy died?" my friend, Lee Areum asked.

"well yeah. My mother told me this story and i just can't seem to forget about it even shes dead by now..."

" i feel so sad for her," my other friend, Yoo Saehwa said.

"yeah i feel like crying too, but how did he end up in the hospital? Wasn't he suppose to be dead because of the accident?"

"i don't know, my mom said that he was in a coma for two years and that was her last time talking to him.."

'omo, what a sad ending to this story, bet your mom was very sad about it.. i can feel that your mom was a brave and tough woman to get through all of this.." areum said.

"so, did your dad talked about this thing with you?" saehwa asked.

"no.. my dad felt very guilty because not telling my mom about it. He said that no one told her because they want her to have a new life and thinking about jungkook can make her even more sad.."

"i understand him too... well, he loves your mother so i cant say anything about it. If i were him, i will be doing it too." Areum said.

"right.." i said and they nod.

"but whatever it is, we should go visit your mom and jungkook's grave before we leave korea right?" saehwa suggested.

"yeah, lets go tomorrow.." i said and sipped my drink.

I actually don't know why but i have this urged to just meet this jungkook guy that my mom has been talking about before she dies. But sadly he's dead too.

Im Min Hari by the way. Min Yoongi's one and only daughter. I am now actually an author and i have published so many books that are popular overseas. And now i plan to make my mother's life a story book. I wish that i can make this earlier so that my mom can see it. Guess that she's having fun with jungkook in heaven.

About my dad, he retired from being a basketball player and now became a coach to lead the Korean team. His spirit is way higher that i thought.

I walked out from the cafe and walked to my car.

I look up at the sky and thought about my mother.

"eomma, appa, are you happy up there? Im glad that you're finally together. Don't worry about us that much, knowing you are now free up there makes me happier.."

Suddenly my phone rang waking me up from my daydream.

"hello uncle jimin" i greeted.

"aish this girl, im still young okay, just a little bit of a wrinkle on the forhead.. by the way, when are you going Canada?"

"next week, why?"

"just wondering if we can have a farewell party at my house"

"of course! Just text me the time and date and ill sure be there with my dad"

'okay Min Hari, see you soon"
