While waiting in the hospital room, Kageyama finally gets news from the doctors.

''Kageyama, I've got bad news.''

''We can't help him anymore..''

''New operations won't help.''

''He could be gone any moment..''

No, I don't want to lose him yet. 

NOT NOW. 

Not after saying that would do all those fun things, when he would be still here...

Kageyama arrives at the operation room.

''HINATA!''

''H-Hinata! A-are you still there?''

Hinata doesn't answer.

Kageyama comes closer. 

He looks Hinata in the eyes.

Hinata reacts, but slowely..

''K-Kageyama...''

''It wouldn't be long before I'm gone...''

''I already knew that I wouldn't have a long time left...shorter than we had expected..shorter than they told you..''

''The doctors told me everything...''

''When you were away...the first time,to get food for me, they told me everything.'

''W-why didn't you say anything earlier then, H-Hinata?!''

''I just don't wanted you to worry so much..''

''You wouldn't accept it if I told you earlier..''

''They can't help me anymore now, it's too late..''

Hinata's heartbeat slows down.

''DAMNIT. YOU CAN'T JUST DIE HERE BEFORE MY VERY OWN EYES.''

''I WILL NEVER FIND SOMEONE LIKE YOU AGAIN...''

''IF YOU'RE GONE..''

''I'LL NEVER BE LOVING SOMEONE ELSE LIKE I WAS LOVING YOU.''

''THERE WON'T BE A 'BEST DECOY' ANYMORE.''

''THERE WILL BE NO ONE. JUST LIKE IT WAS IN MY PAST.''

''THEY JUST ABANDONED ME.''

''IF YOU ARE GONE..YOU WILL BE TRULY INVINCIBLE, DAMNIT!''

''They will be heartbroken...''

''He's just gone now...''

''She'll never see her brother again...''

Months had passed since Hinata's death.

It's June 21, Hinata's birthday. 

Kageyama is standing in front of his grave.

''I miss you so much. I hoped that you'd be still here now at this moment.''

''I haven't got any moment where I didn't think about you.''

''Happy 3rd year anniversary Hinata.''

''And thank you for watching over me.''
