Chapter 9: The Pool

Percy Pov

We got to her house and it was huge!

"Wow you have a huge house" I said.

"Thanks" she said. We got out of the car and she ran up the stairs and opened the door.

"Make yourself at home" she said.

I looked around and was shocked when I saw that she had an indoor pool.

She saw where I was staring at. "You wanna take a swim?"she said.

"Um but I don't have a swimsuit, unless you want me to go in with my boxers" I said but then blushed cause what I said was wrong.

She raised her eyebrows. "If you wanna go in like that fine by me but you should wear a swimsuit" she said.

We walked to the pool she opened a door and pulled out some swimsuits. "Here" she said as she handed me a pair.

"Thanks" I said. I changed in the bathroom that was near by and she did to.

They had a high dive so I went up the high dive. I looked down and the height was really high.

"Your not going to do it!" She said looking up at me she was already in the water.

"AAAAHHHHHH!" I said and made a huge splash into the water.

She laughed. "Wow you are brave" she said.

"Yes I am" I said. We were both in the water and we had a water fight.

"Okay I surrender!" she said.

"I win" I said.

"Whatever" she said and splashed me with water and swam away.

"Oh no you don't" I said and swam to get her.

I was a way faster swimmer then her so I caught up to her and I grabbed her by the waist and pulled her close to me.

"NO STOP DONT TICKLE ME, IM TICKLISH!" she yelled. (are u tickala?)

She tried to get out of my grip but I was stronger.

"You splashed me with water!" I said.

"STOP PLEASE!" she yelled so I stopped she faced me and whatever she was going to do she forgot it.

I noticed that we were really close and are lips only inches away from mine.

We were slowly leaning in but I pulled away. I couldn't do this I was still in love with Annabeth even if this girl looked exactly like Annabeth she wasn't her.

"Sorry..... I just can't" I said not facing her.

"It's okay" she said. I turned to face her I saw in her eyes that she was happy. Why?

Annabeth Pov

I was happy Percy's didn't kiss me well why happy. I only have 6 days left to kiss him but I didn't want him to fall in love with me quickly. It would crush me that he forgot about me so quickly.

"Are you tired?" I asked him.

"Yah" he said.

"Come on lets go to bed" I said.
