I shake my leg impatiently,waiting for 3'o'clock.

The teacher blabs on about some math problem that someone asked help on.

I keep glancing back and forth from the clock to the teacher.

I put my chin in my hand and shake my pencil. Come on...ring bell,ring! The clock ticks down...then it rings.

I quickly grabbed all of my books and rush to my locker. Finally Time to go to Dani's!

I grab my iPhone and quickly text her...

Ready for operation Regret? A few seconds later a reply shows up.

A smile comes to my lips. Here I come makeover.

"So... Do you want your hair curly or straight?" Dani Asks while standing over her dresser,filled with brushes and a variety of makeup.

"Curly...I always where my hair straight" I say and she goes plug up the curling iron.

She gives me this look. I stare at her" What?"

She grins"Just imagining what you'll look like..."Then she turns and acts like she didn't say anything...

After or what seemed like hours of painful plucking, Pulling my hair out with a brush,and almost burning my scalp,it was all over.

Dani stands proudly and admires me. My heart pounds in anticipation. What do I look like? Am I pretty? What if joey still don't like me? Dani goes and picks up a handheld mirror and hands it to me. I lift it up and admire myself.

Woah..."Is that me?"I ask in astonishment. Dani nods with pride. My hair was curled perfectly up around my shoulder. My eyes were outlined in light blue making my brown eyes pop. My lips are a really bright red,looking good with my pale complexion. "Wow!"I say with a smile to my lips.

"I know right?" Dani squeals. She brings out her phone and is snapping pictures of me while I pose.

I take out my phone and snap myself a few pictures. "Dani...why aren't you in a proffisional league?" She shrugs"Want to keep the talent to myself I guess..."

" If this don't change his mind...then nothing will..." I say still absolutely amazed. Then Dani's face lights up.

"You know...I know this one place where joey will most likely be..."She says."oh really?"I ask in a devious tone.

She nods and walks over and grab her keys"Want to go?" I nod.

I put on my jacket and we sneak out.

We quietly walk by her parents sitting at the kitchen table. Then a voice rings out"Danielle? is that you?"Uh oh...

Dani cringes"Yeah mom!"

"Where you going?"

"Out..."

"Well, okay...just be back by twelve..."

"okay"

We quickly scurry to the front door...That was close...

Dani jumps in the front seat of her car and I go in the passenger side. She starts it and we pull out of the driveway.

"So...where are we going?" I ask. Dani smiles"You'll see"

We drive for about 30 minutes and then we turn onto a unknown street.

" Uh...Dani?"I ask,she just continues to drive.

Then we pull up to a house with flashing lights and blaring music. People with cups of possibly beer in the front lawn.

Oh no...please don't tell me this is..."Welcome to the party of the year!"Dani says and parks the car in the driveway and turns it off.
