➳ in your arms, i found my home

in your arms,
i found a place into which
i fit perfectly, safely and securely
without any doubts.

in your arms,
i found the strength and courage
to let go of all my fears.

in your arms,
i found the warmth needed
to melt my frozen heart.

in your arms,
i found my safe haven.

nestled in your arms,
with our fingers intertwined
and your warm breath
caressing the skin of my neck,

i knew i had found my home.
