Good Morning Ma'am !

Justine prepares herself for her last class this morning. She really loves teaching , molding the young ones to become the next professionals is a once in a lifetime opportunity. This has been her dream since she was 8. And now , she's glad that her dream finally turned to reality. Kaya laking tuwa niya ng hayaan siya ng kanyang mga magulang na kunin ang kahit anong kursong gusto niya , kapalit ng pangakong siya pa rin ang mag-mamanage ng kompanya nila anuman ang mangyari. Sa umaga guro.

"Good Morning Ms.Salmentar!" , right after her students greeted her , she started her lecture.

"Any questions?" , this is her favorite part. After discussing each lesson , she is really looking forward for questions that she might not answer. Gusto niya ng challenge!
Pero araw-araw naman siyang nabibigo cause her students would always answer :
"Wala po."

"Are you sure ?" , she would always ask back.

"Yes , Ma'am" , she grew tired to this scenario. Wala man lang bang magtatanong sa kanya o magpapasagot ng isang imposibleng equation. She has been an Algebra I professor for quite sometime , at lahat ng formulas memoryado na niya , lahat ng pasikut-sikot sa larangan ng Algebra alam niya. That's why there's that craving inside her to learn more , to know more even it means failing to answer a difficult question. She isn't afraid to commit mistakes. Dahil ang pagkakamali kailanman ay hindi naging tanda ng kahinaan. She believed that mistakes are the best teacher. They help you  grow more , they help you realize things you never thought would have big impact in your life.

"Ma'am ako po may tanong!" , bigla ay nabuhayan siya ng loob.

"Yes , Mr.Mayuringgo?"

"Pero hindi po tungkol sa diniscuss niyo kanina"

A little bit disappointed , but yeah , she's up to challenge right ?

"Carry on , Mr.Mayuringgo" she said. Curiosity's already getting into her. Ano kaya ang itatanong ng isa sa pinakamatalino at pinakagwapo niyang studyante?

"Ma'am , what is love?"

Oh , well ! Hello Justin ! You're up to challenge eh? Then why not answer this never ending question :
WHAT.IS.LOVE?

"Love is .." , she can't seem to continue on her sentence and for the first time in her life , she wasn't able to answer a question smartly. She kept on searching words , but she can't find one. Her students' looking intently at her , waiting for her answer. She took a deep sigh.

".....blind. Love is blind" , she's cursing herself at the back of her mind for that stupid answer.

"Well , since wala naman kayong karagdagan pang tanong , bring out your yellow paper , you will be having a long quiz." , narinig niya ang sunod sunod na reklano ng kanyang mga estudyante pero siya ang guro. Siya ang masusunod.
