Dear diary, the girl had some small pieces of biscuit and she split them between me and her. I loved how the biscuits crumbled in my mouth and when I got a bit parched, the girl had an extra water bottle and she told me that she had that because her mom got sick on the boat and they had to throw her off the boat so no one else would get the disease. I thanked her, sipping the cool water and swallowing it, making me feel full. "What's your name?" I asked the girl. "Liliane." she replied. "Yana" I said, putting my hand out. We shook and then broke apart and started talking about random stuff and what will happen to us if we get to Germany. وداعا, Yana

Dear diary, me and Liliane have been chatting for a long time about stuff in Germany, but that is if we get to Germany. I mean, we don't know what's ahead of us. The bumpiness of the road makes me a bit queasy but I close my eyes and keep on having small sips of the water that Liliane gave me and then I feel a bit better. We just went through Bulgaria and we are headed towards Hungary. The bus driver has small snacks to hand out when it is breakfast, lunch and dinner so everyone is pretty well fed. Writing in the bus makes me a bit queasy since the road is bumpy so I am going to stop now. وداعا, Yana
