"Oi! Yok! Look at me! Do I look beautiful now?" Christina asked me, fixing the hair on the back of his head, his bangs were nicely brushed to his eyebrows. He blinked several times at me, batting his eyelashes, while pouting his newly colored lips.

"Hmmm. I guess so." I answered, a little amused watching his lips.

"If it is, then why are you smiling there like it is funny?" He asked, stomping his feet like a toddler.

"You really wanna know the reason? Don't blame me, huh. Well, you look like a hungry duck, and why are you exaggerating the pout? You're not Angelina Jolie, you know?" I rolled my eyes at him.

"Ay! Yok! Why are you so cruel to this friend of yours?" He acted like a kid having a tantrum.

"Because I am your friend! Duh! And only real friends will tell you bad things about you that you need to change. You look fine, just forget the pout." I made my eyes extra big for him to absorb what I was saying.

He whimpered at my glare and slumped on the bed still holding his mirror. "Okay." He shrugged, but pouted more.

"You are beautiful already, hello? You just do not need to exaggerate the pout." I stated with a smile and stared at his hair.

"Aw! Why are you staring at my hair!?" A crease formed on his forehead as he caught me staring at him.

"Nothing. I just checked." I retorted rolling my eyes then slumped on the bed. I laid on my back, splaying my hands on the soft mattress.

"Hey! I thought we are already going out, Yok!" Christina held my hand and tried to pull me up.

"Not until someone will come here for us. We are not so close with any if them, and I do not want to feel awkward and out of place, you know what I mean." I gave him another eye roll.

[Mo]

"Have you seen Yok and Christina on your way here?" I asked the newcomers, Frame and Book.

"Aw. No." They chorused.

"Oh, okay. I'll be back." Scratching my head, I stood from my seat and walked the way to the villa. Wondering to myself if Yok and Christina were already awake. They must be so tired. P' Fing, Fuse's sister, went out two hours ago saying she just wanted to look around.

I quickened my pace as it was a good distance away from the pool. Mom and dad surprised me with the size of the resort. They did not tell me that it was so big with three villas, many private sheds, one big swimming pool with a slide, a wave pool, another pool for children, and a vast covered area where tables and chairs were arranged.

We occupied the first floor of the villa, mom and dad, Yok and Christina, I chose to stay with Christina and Yok. There were three bedrooms on the second floor, one was occupied by p' Fing, Fuse's sister,  the other one was occupied by the boys, all six of them- Fuse, Tee, Frame, Book, Ess, and Wit.

The ground floor was quiet when I entered, not a soul made noise and it felt weird. Well, it was just a newly furnished house so maybe that caused it.

Where could those two be? Wondering, I made my way to the room I was occupying with Yok and Christina. I could hear arguments when I was in front of the door, who else could it be from, but my roommates! They always bicker, as in daily, maybe, and it would be another weird moment if they wouldn't.

Turning the knob with a smile, I saw Christina in front of his mirror, plucking the pins from his hair. Then he ran to me when he saw me.

"Mo! Thanks gods you're here!" He said pulling my arm. "I have been telling Yok to go out thirty minutes ago, but he said he he wanted someone to come and fetch us here."

I glanced at Yok and saw him giving me that cutesy smile. Oh, my boyfriend. I wanted to walk to him and pinch both of his cheeks.

"Why are you pulling those pins, Tin?" I asked, givinghim a concerned look.

"I am restyling my hair because someone here thinks I am pretty." He retorted, making the last part of his statement louder for Yok to hear. I saw my boyfriend smirked then raised an eyebrow. These two were really the best of friends, I could conclude.

"Okay then, be hasty with it or they will eat all of the food outside." I said clapping his shoulder. He nodded his head then started combing his hair with his finger.

"How are you?" I asked Yok when I was seated beside him. "You know you do not have to be ashamed to my friends. You have met them before and they said nothing bad about you." I wove my fingers to his, while my other hand rubbed the back of his palm.

He just shrugged his shoulders and gave me a pout. I wanted to rub his cheeks to console him, but all I did was massage his palm.

"Let's go out now?" I asked leaning my head on his shoulder.

"Hey! Get a room!" Christina shouted at us then laughed.

"You are just jelous because your love team is not here!" Yok countered.

Christina just stuck his tongue out at Yok and slapped his butt. "Duh. Whatever Yok!" He added and continued with his hair, murmuring to himself something I could not decipher.

"Aren't you hungry yet? We had snacks outside. Mom, dad, and aunt Mae are doing the barbecue. Frame and Book were eating when I left them, Fuse and Tee were already there too." I gave him a side hug then tickled him.

He was on his back and I was over him, still tickling him, while he kept on rolling side to side trying to dodge my hands.

"Ayyyyy. Oh my gosh! Yok! Mo! Why do you have to be so sweet in front of me? Are you trying to make me die out of jealousy here?" Christina's screams drowned Yok's series of laughter. "Let's go out now!"
