I woke up with a headache.

Damn, it hurt so bad and I felt my stomach churned. I felt so sick. I needed to puke. I ran to the toilet when I felt the acid was in my esophagus already. I nearly lost my balance if not because of the bed where Fuse and p’ Fing was sleeping. I pushed the door and it slammed on the wall, causing a loud bang. I ran to the toilet bowl and emptied my stomach.

I did not care if it looked gross already because someone vomited on it and forgot to flush it. Gods, I did not want to drink and get drunk again. Just then I noticed that I was only wearing my boxers. I wondered if something happened between Mo and I last night. Gods! I rinsed the acid from my mouth and washed my face.

“Are you okay?” Mo asked when I walked back to the bed. I nodded and sat beside him. He was giving me a sympathetic look.

“I just wondered why I am naked.”I asked, hugging my bare torso.

A sleepy smile came out of his lips as he ran his palm over his hair. “Silly, you were soaked us both with your vomit last night. Fuse and I had a hard time bringing you here. I was just glad Christina calmed you down. You were crying because you spilled your drinks.” He lied down again and pulled me with him. My stomach was still sick, but I did not feel like puking anymore. I shivered and he covered me with the blanket. I hugged him and felt glad of his warmth. Just like me, he was also wearing his boxers, no, not that Batman boxers anymore. “Let’s go back to sleep. It is still early in the morning. You’ll feel better later.” he rubbed my back. It was so  soothing that I felt the sickening feeling in my stomach eased up a bit.

“Aw, don’t they look cute together, cuddled up and sleeping?” I heard a voice said. It was from a female, but I couldn’t make out who it was from. I slowly opened my left eye and saw Mo’s mom looking at us with a smile and a dreamy face.

“Oii!” I exclaimed because I was shocked by her presence. It was the first time she saw us sleeping together. At least that was what I knew. I never remembered her seeing us together in Mo’s room in there house and besides, they were always away for their business. I sat on the bed and cupped my face, Mo woke up later on.

“Hey. Did I wake you up? Oh, sorry about that. I just want to see you here. Christina said you were still sleeping when they went out for lunch.” She was still smiling.

She was always sweet as far as I could remember. She treated me well and considered me as one of her children. Well, I was in a relationship with her son and I love him so much. But it was just awkward for me that she saw us sleeping together and naked. Gods! What would she think we were doing?

“Mom. What time is it now?” Mo asked casually as he rubbed his eyes. Then his arms wound around my waist in a hug.

“Oh, it is eleven now.” She answered after checking her watch. ”Aren’t you hungry yet? They were by the pool already.  Just tell me later  if you want to eat, okay. You still have plenty of time before your flight back to Bangkok. I’ll leave you two.” she gave us another smile. Was she giggling? I slapped my forehead and sighed.

Oh gods!

“What in the world happened why is your mom giggling when I met her?” Christina came in and directed his question to Mo.

My eyes widened with his question. So she was really giggling! What was she, sixteen? Well, there were so many things that I should be thankful to Mo’s parents, and one of them was supporting our relationship. Such a sweet family, and very respectful of our choices, and supportive! Aw, I already said that.

Mo just stared at me with a crease in between his eyebrows. I just shrugged my shoulder, then both of us laughed. Maybe we were thinking the same thing, that his mom was fangirling on us. Haha.

We were already boarding the plane for our flight back to Bangkok except for Mo’s parents. They stayed and would be staying there for a few days to supervise the resort. As for us, we had to go back since the start of classes would be on the following day. Haist, yeah, summer break ended already and we would be imprisoned within the schoolgrounds again. Aunt Mae was traveling with us because she would be taking care of my Mo and their house. She was told to stay behind, but she was so insitent to go back to Bangkok with us.

I could feel the tension between Fuse and Tee. I couldn’t remember them having a fight last night. I did not know why. Maybe I would just ask Mo about it when we would be along in their house. He sure knew what happened between this two.

Tee was trying hard to talk to Fuse, but the latter wouldn’t even say a word let alone face him. It was p’ Fing who told Tee to just leave him be for the moment and wait for him to cool down.

Fuse was seated in between Tee and his sister, p’Fing. Tee was talking to him, but I doubted if he had his ears because he acted as if he did not hear a thing. My curiosity about them rose, but I did not want to ask at the moment. I did not want to look nosy although I really was. Tee tried to hold his hand, but he shook it off of him and whispered something to p’Fing. His sister nodded and stood and they exchanged seats. He sure looked so crossed and adamant. P’ Fing who was in between them just gave Tee a sympathetic smile.
