Training was way too easy for you. So after the normal training, you would go to somewhere to do your own workouts.
A year flashed by of doing this. Still a long time to go.
The trainees were ordered to go to the tarining grounds in the forest.
"Today we are going to test your Titan killing skills! The forest is filled with fake Titan you lot are you going to fight in the way you were taught in the classroom!" Many trainees were scared or worried.
"These are the first ten cadets: Ackerman, Jaeger, Arlert, Bodt, Carolina, Blouse, lenz, Ymir, Wagner and cadet Tias. Go and prepare yourselves "Keith explained to the ten what they needed to do.
You walked away from the other people and sat on a tree branch were she could see the them prepare for the training.
"Three, two, one, go!" Keith yelled to the ten cadets. They began to zip trough the forest with their 3DMG.
You noticed that cadet Arlert and Lenz were going quite a bit slower then the other eight. You leaned with your back to the tree and closed your eyes, enjoying the nice weather in the forest. You lost track of time for a bit until you were snapped out of it by Shadis' loud voice
"The next ten people can prepare themselves. I want here: cadet Kirschtein, Diamant, Kefka, Springer, Leonhardt, Braun, [Y/N], Hoover, Zeramuski and cadet Linke!" You heard Shadis yelling out once again.
You jumped out of the tree and landed on your feet. You walked to Keith Shadis and began with strapping on you straps for your 3DMG. You finished first and began to walk to the forest, were everyone would start. Shadis looked at you, analysing you. He knew it was you, he was still Commander when you joined the Survey Corps with your friends and brother. He kept silent. Like always.
The bald man shot a flare in the air which meant that the first ten cadets had to return. "The ten cadets I called a few minutes ago are now" Shadis said.
You waited for the signal impatiently. You could finally use your swords again to let out some stress.
You pulled out her blades, and hold it in the way she had learned from her brother and Kenny.
"Hey you! Do you think you can hold the blade however you want?! If you face a Titan with that stance you are good as dead!" A higher up yelled at you. You ignored the person who said that.
"Three, two, one, GO!" Keith yelled to the ten next cadets.
When you heard the sign, you hooked your hooks on a tree and flew full speed into the air. Now you had the lead. You saw a fake 'Titan' and raced towards it.
The person that had control over the fake 'Titan' was hidden behind some trees. He pulled on the rope he was holding as soon as he heard the zipping of your gear. That way it would mimick how a Titan could appear out of nowhere beyond the walls.
You had fast reflexes so you began to fly a bit higher. When you were at the right angle, you began spinning and dug your blades in the Titans' nape deeply. So hard that the fake Titans' head flew of its body.
The person in control of the fake Titan gasps loudly. "But how? And what's with this incredible speed?!" The man said, looking at rope in his hand. Before he could look at you, you were gone at lightning speed, searching for more Titans.

You were busy slicing another nape when you saw the flare light up in the sky. You put your blades back as you went back to the place the trainees were gathered.
As you arrived, you saw that you were one of the last ones to join the group. Shadis was handed a board with the results. "Alright let's see how you maggots did" he cleared his throat.
"Kirschtein: 5 kills!" You heard the boy whoop in excitement. "Diamant: 2 kills! Kefka: 2! Springer: 4 kills! Leonhardt: 10 kills! Braun: 8 kills! Hoover: 11 kills! Zeramuski: 1 kill! Linke: 6 kills! And then the one on top, [Y/N]: 37 kills!"
People gasped at your score. "That's rigged!" A guy yelled out. Shadis tapped his pan on the board. "Well say that to the witnesses of her kills, remember? Those fake Titans are controlled by soldiers here!"
What you didn't know was that a certain Squad Leader with glasses was watching the whole practice.
