We got back to my house, and I unlocked my door. "I have to go change, what are you guys going to do?" I asked walking up the stairs, then turning to look at them halfway up.

"We will be here waiting for you." Aaron answered. I raised an eyebrow.

"You know you guys can have a life, you don't always have to be with me twenty four seven." I said walking into my bedroom, but left the door open so I could hear their reply.

"Yes, obviously we know that. We're football players for crying out loud, and the draft, and training, and practices are going to be coming up, and we want to spend as much time as possible with you, because believe it or not we actually like you." Aaron called.

"Well, I'm glad I have your approval." I said changing into my work clothes. I didn't bother looking in the mirror, because I had already done my hair and makeup earlier, and there was no reason to do it again. I walked back downstairs

"Carls you look pale. Are you sure you want to go to work?" Clay asked from my couch as I walked in to grab my purse.

"Yeah, I'm fine, just want to go and get this done, and over with." I replied making sure I had everything I needed in my purse. "What are you guys going to do?" I asked looking up at them.

"Aaron, and I have some football stuff to do, and Liv is gonna go out with some of her friends." Clay said standing up. He walked me to my car. "You sure you're okay?" He asked while I unlocked the door.

"Clay I promise I'm fine." I said smiling, and wrapping my arms around his torso, and he did the same to me. I breathed in his intoxicating scent for as long as I could. I didn't realize he had let go, and I was still holding onto him.

"Carli?" He started I took one last breath, then let go, and smiled up at him.

"All good." I said then got in my car.

"Call me when you get home." He instructed.

"Ok." I said with a smile as I started backing out of my driveway....

"Okay, Carli thank you for coming on such short notice." Simon said when I clocked in.

"Mhm, you still owe me." I said just then Hannah came up behind me with a look on her face.

"Carli!" She exclaimed.

"What?" I asked she was making me nervous.

"You shouldn't have agreed to come in and train." She replied nervously.

"What do you mean, why?" I asked.

"Carli you're training Casey." She said.

"I know Simon told me." I said her eyes got real big.

"Simon told you, and you agreed to come in, and train her? Even after all she's done to you?" She asked grabbing my shoulders.

"Hannah, calm down! I don't know who Casey is, and have no idea what you're talking about!" I shouted removing her hands from my shoulders.

"Carli, the girl you are training tonight is Jarrod's new fiancee." Hannah said slowly so I would get it this time. "She's right over there." Hannah said pointing, and I turned towards the direction her finger was in, hoping no praying this was some kind of joke, but it wasn't.

"SIMON!" I yelled going straight to his office. He looked up from his papers confused.

"Yes?" He asked.

"How could you hire her! And expect me to train her!" I yelled. "Well forget it!" I said storming out. I grabbed my purse, and left. I sped all the way to Clay's house hoping he was either there, or the door was unlocked. I pulled up, and saw Clay's car in the driveway. I got out of my car, and went inside. I stormed through the house, and up the stairs. I opened the door, and saw Aaron sitting on the couch.

"What happened at work?" He asked. I just gave him a look, and went to Clay's room. I opened the door. Clay wasn't even there, but I didn't care I went, and curled up in his bed. He opened the bathroom door, and went to his closet he wasn't wearing a shirt, but he had his football pants on I was going to say something, but suddenly became really tired, and before I knew it I fell asleep....

~~~
"Carli?" I felt someone shaking me, and opened my eyes to see a very worried looking Clay staring back at me. "Whats wrong?" He asked.
"Nothing." I replied pulling the blankets back up again. "I might not have a job anymore though." I added quietly.
"Carli, what happened? Earlier Aaron said you came in, and didn't talk to him, and when I came back in to talk to you, you were already asleep." He said.
"I got to work, and found out that the girl I was supposed to train was Casey, and I'm not dealing with that." I explained.
"Carli, you don't have to work, and I don't want you to be put in that situation, but I'm not going to force you to do anything." He said grabbing my hand. I shook my head.
"No, I can't do that to you, and besides I have to save money for my dad." I replied.
"Carli I can help you."
"No, it's not your job, I can do it, but I don't know how I'm supposed to right now, and I really don't think that I can work or even want to work with Casey." I said tears falling freely.
"Hey, don't cry." Clay said scooping me up, and rocking me I sat my head on his chest.
"I'm not usually this damn emotional stupid hormones." I said wiping my eyes. Clay chuckled.
"I guess that's kinda my fault huh?' He asked.
"Well technically, it's both our faults." I replied.
"You're right." He said laughing. "You wanna get up, and do something or do you just wanna go back to sleep?" He asked.
"Sleeping sounds good to me, but you're more than welcome to go do whatever you want if you're not tired yet." I replied giving him a gentle kiss.
"I'm honestly a little hungry, and I know you said you still wanted to sleep some more, but how bout we go meet up with some of the guys, and eat?" He asked. I thought about it for a minute.
"Okay, I guess we can do that." I replied getting out of his bed, and going to the bathroom. When I came back out I saw Clay had already changed, and was ready to go. "So where are we going?" I asked following him out to his car.
"Buffalo Wild Wings." He replied. I rolled my eyes.
"How did I know." I stated as he started to drive off.
"Hey we are growing football players." He replied I just shook my head.
