Chapter 12

Kayla's point of view:
After we watched all of the Bobs Burgers shows on netflix me and Ali were still hungry.
"Hey wanna get some thing else to eat?" I asked
"Sure, why not?"
"Well what do we want to get?"
"Let's get some Starbucks!?!?"
"Fine, grab your shoes and let's get going" I said as I walked to my room to get my boots. I saw phone, I was dying to know if he even tried to text me anymore. I sat there just deciding wether to pick it up or not. Finally I picked it up and looked, there was nothing new except the message he sent about three hours ago. I shook the thought and called for Ali and we walked out the door.
"So, three in the morning getting Starbucks? and in New York?" the dude at Starbucks asked us.
"Yup" I said while telling him what I wanted. "Thank you for coming" he said as we walked out. Of course I got a cotton candy frappe, I mean who doesn't like cotton candy?? When we got back to the house mom and dad still weren't home. I felt kinda weird not telling them that I had been spending time with Nash all the time, like they know that I have been hanging out with Rielle but they didn't know about Nash. I mean I bet Nash's family doesn't even know who I am so I don't think it matters.
"So, do you wanna do anything after this?" Ali asked
"Nah, I'm good" I said
"Okay, well let's at least take a picture!"
"Fine" I said as Ali pulled out her phone. When I walked into my room I sat on my bed and got on my laptop, I was really bored so I was looking around the area that I live on google maps. I was looking at everything from parks to museums and schools. Schools? Man I didn't realize that school was actually not that far away, it was like only three weeks away. Time has flown by. I looked around on google maps more and was liking at schools, I decided to look up the schools and see what each ratings for the school was. I can't believe I was actually thinking about going to school instead of going online. Ali was right, New York had changed me. But it was a good change. After trying to push all these thoughts out of my head I grabbed my phone and did what anybody would have done! I played flappy bird, it kinda calmed me down because it made me focus on something other than Nash. I really didn't know, I mean I like Nash but he's famous and could have anybody. I got off flappy bird and checked the time, it was 5:30 in the morning. I couldn't believe that I stayed up that late. I decided to put my phone up and try to sleep, that didn't work out to well. I basically sleep for two hours the. Got up for work. Today was going to be a long day!
