Kuro x Hyde - April fools

It was time to get back at my brother. Today I will pull the nastiest prank ever recorded on kuro. "With you stop talking to yourself and hurry up." Licht said immpaietently as he sat beside me. "Yeah yeah. You ready?" I asked making sure i had everything prepared. "I'm always ready to beat the shit out of you." Licht said. I nodded and stood up to see if kuro and mahiru were coming. They were. Mahiru knew of the prank but kuro didn't. Obviously. As they approached I ran into the street with fake fear on my face and fake blood, bruises and cuts on my body. Mahiru gasped and kuro looked surprised. Licht launched himself at me and well... proceeded to beat the shit out of me. After a few minutes of my weak resistance and getting beaten up licht moved away. I laid on the ground trying not to move.  "Is he... dead?" Mahiru muttered. Licht simply smiled and said "he better be" then walked away. Mahiru chased after licht and they probably went to go get ice cream or something. Kuro came by my side and crouched next to me. What I saw next genuinely surprised me. He was crying. He lifted me into a sitting position as gently as he could and hugged me. "Don't leave me." He sobbed. I started to feel pretty guilty right about now. "Please lawless. I love you." He continued to cry as the words pressed through my brain. He loves me? Me? He love me? Not even trying to keep up the act I asked "what?" Kuros head shot up so I could see his tear stained cheeks and seemingly redder eyes. "You're alive?"
He muttered. "Yeah..." I said guilty. He squeezed me as tight as he could and I swear I might have died. "Why would you do that to me?" Kuro said looking up and finally calming down. "April fools. Sorry." I said looking down. "Don't  do that again" he said sternly. "Do you really love me?" I asked a light warmth coating my cheeks. "Yes. Do you love me?" He asked. "Maybe..." I said my cheeks growing hotter. "Not maybe it's yes or no" kuro said though the look in his eyes said he knew the answer. "Argh yes ok! I love you!" I said thudding my head against his chest. "I love you too"
