3rd person POV~
Dean woke up in the schools Infirmary. Suddenly everything that had happened an hour before came back to him. He tried to sit up, only to hiss in pain."Son of a bitch!" He cursed.
"Ya, I wouldn't try to sit up Dee." The deep gravely voice from before said to my right. 'Dee? Only Sammy, mom and Dad call me that but so did...' Dean gulped at the thought. Dean looked towards the voice to see a guy. Ebony black hair with blue dyed tips. He had cuff on his right earlobe. He had a small hoop lip ring, and rod through his left ear lobe. A small pentagram like tattoo sat on his neck.
But the thing that caught Dean's eye, was his insanely blue eyes.
"Who... Who are you... You seem so familiar, but I can't. I can't put my finger on it..." Dean asked confused.
"I see you kept your promise Dee." He smiled sadly.
Deans eyes widened, and he started to cry.
"Hey! Hey hey hey! Careful with the water works man. Those bandages aren't- OOF!" Dean caught Cas off guard, and hugged him tightly, sobbing lightly. Cas hugged him back, trying not to loosen the bandages and gauze.
A tear slipped down Castiel's face, and he hugged Dean tighter.
"I-i" Dean let out another sob.
"Shh. It's ok! Really. I do have one question though." Cas said, his face getting Serious. "Why did you stop sending the letters?"
Dean tried to answer, but couldn't.
"I'll go get you some water." Cas offered, but nurse Jodie walked in before he could leave. She had a grilled cheese and a Bottle of water.
"The teachers let me into the teachers lounge to make him this..." She glanced at the plate. "Whatever this is." She walked to the side of the bed, and put the tray down on deans lap.
Cas saw that Dean hadn't taken a single bite. He was only pushing it around his plate. He drank the water though. About three bottles actually.
"So. What did you do to tick Alistair off?" Cas questioned.
"I bumped into him, and accidentally tripped. We both fell over..." Dean said, not meeting Castiel's gaze. Cas growled to himself, hoping Dean didn't hear him. But he did. "But it's ok! I'm fine see?" He tried to sit up to show he was ok, but his hiss of pain gave him away.
"Dean, you aren't the first that Alistair has beaten for no reason. Alistair has even beaten someone so badly, that they couldn't remember who they were. He put someone in a coma, and he's also stabbed multiple people. But he gets away with it because he's rich. I am the "alpha" of this school. I am feared, so I will protect you." Cas told him. Dean gave a breathy laugh.
"Alpha? What is this? An AO fanfic?" Dean flushed when he realised what he said. "I-i mean..."
"If it was, I'd be the alpha and you'd be my Omega." Cas joked, but only made Dean's face go even more flushed. "You do know that after I cleaned you up, I was literally just sitting here, reading a Friggin fandom magazine, right?"
"Everything and All Things Fandom?" Dean got excited.
"You read it too?! My friend Charlie got me into it!"
"Charlie? As in Lesbian, Red Head Charlie?"
"Ya. You know her?" Cas seemed confused.
"Mhm. She was trying to show me around the school, before this all happened." He motioned to his body.
By then, he just noticed he didn't have a shirt on. His face flushes red.
"W-what happened to my shirt?!" He exclaimed, trying to cover himself.
"Riiiight. Ya, about that. You see, you have cuts on your torso, and I had to get your shirt of with causing as little pain for you as possible, so I had cut it off. I'll pay for them." Cas explained.
"I honestly don't care."(lol 666 words)
Dean said "it was a cheap vest anyways."Dean and Cas stayed in the infirmary all day just catching up. The last class of the day was currently going on, but they just sat there and talked for house. They were, of course, excused from all of their classes because of the events that had happened that day.
"Y'know Cas, I really don't care about what happened to me all day. It was all worth it. I mean, you are technically my Knight in Shining Armour, with saving me and all." Dean smiled, a light blush apparent on his cheeks.
"Technically? Bitch I AM your knight in shining armour. If Alistair, or Anyone even. If they hurt you in any way, tell me." Cas told Dean seriously.
"Ok."
---silence---
"So... What grade are you again?" Dean asked.
"Oh, I'm a sophomore."
"A SOPHOMORE?!"
