(Amanda's POV.)
"I'm with Louis now," I said slowly. I felt his hand draw small circles on the back of my hand making it tingle with delight. His other arm wrapped around me and pulled me into his embrace.
"Oh," Sydney said, a stunned expression on her face. She rose from her sitting position on the couch and I rose with her.
"Syd," I whispered. She looked up at me and smiled brightly.
"Well I'm happy for you," she said, a hint of hurt in her voice. She turned to Louis. "You too, Louis." He nodded awkwardly. "Well then I better get going. I'll see you later, Amanda," she said and walked casually out the door like nothing happened. I sighed and Louis came up behind me and placed a hand on my back.
"That was awkward," he laughed lightly. My eyes followed Sydney back to Niall's house where there was no Range Rover in sight, showing Harry had left. "Hey," Louis said, getting my attention. I looked up at him and he had a small smile playing on his lips. "It going to be okay. Promise," he said.
"Pinky promise?" I said holding out my pinky for him to take. We both smiled, remember we always made our promises that way when we were kids.
"Pinky promise," he said, interlocking out finger together. We burst into laughter and I interlaced our fingers. I lay my head on his chest as his lips rested on my head as the laughter came to a close. It was silent, but not the awkward kind. It was sweet, blissful, happy silence. Louis leaned down, and pressed his lips against mine. They were slightly chapped, but it was nice. He stopped, laying down on the couch and pulled me down onto of him. I squeaked, not expecting the sudden movement. He chuckled and started kissing me again. I soon adjusted, kissing him properly. My fingers ran through the back of his hair, making it messy and tangled. His hands wrapped around my small body and hooked his fingers on pant loops. My back pocked started to vibrate from my phone; someone was calling me. Before I could get my hands on it, Louis slipped my phone out of my back pocket and looked to see who it was.
"Louis, give it back!" I yelled. He laughed and looked at the caller ID to see who it was. As I struggled to grab it out of his hands, his laugh suddenly stopped. His expression turned angry or confused, I couldn't really tell. He tossed my phone towards me and I looked at the caller ID.
My jaw dropped. To my surprise the screen read: Haz.
Why haven't I noticed I have his number? And an even more important question; why do I still have his number?
"Answer it, I dare you," Louis smirked. I laughed, slapping his shoulder.
"Shut up, Lou."
"Awe love you too babe!"
I rolled my eyes and pressed the answer button, getting off the couch and walking away towards the hallway.
"H-hello Harry," I stuttered, mentally slapping myself in the face.
"Hey Mandy."
"It's Amanda," I snapped, but quickly regretting it. I sighed. "Sorry."
"It's okay. I just kinda joke at stuff when I'm nervous," he laughs. Nervous? Why?
"Why did you call me?" I asked, getting annoyed he was trying to change the subject.
He sighed. "I just wanted to see if you were okay," he said.
"Well what do you think Harry? Would you be okay if the girl who stole the guy you had loved for years shows up at his door step two years later right after he saves you from almost being killed, hm? After he takes you back to his house, after," I paused biting my lip. "you had a moment. Harry, it's prom all over again. I thought things between you and I finally starting to get better," I bit my lip, tears starting to trickle down my cheeks.
