A messenger was soon sent to Sans. He was ordered to go straight there, but decided to stop at an inn for some gambling and drinking.
He didn't notice the queen's letter being exchanged with a forgery.
Sans smiled when he saw the messenger, but as he read the letter, he saddened. The man was confused- wasn't the birth of a heir something to celebrate?
He was handed a letter for the queen, stopping at the same inn.

There was no letters for Frisk, only Papyrus. When he read his brother's handwriting however, he froze.
"What is it?" Frisk demanded. She missed Sans with all her heart and no letters made her lonely.
"J- JUST SOME FINANCE THING!" Papyrus said. His sister in law smiled at him kindly.
When he was alone, however, Papyrus railed against his brother, the King that called for the death of his own wife and child.
