chapter 2- mate

Alex's POV

I was woken by people talking 'are you sure she will forgive me we haven't been friends an like 7 years' a female voice speaks who I know is Mary's 'she will forgive you ok just we need to wait till she wakes and I think it will be best if we let josh wake her up' Tyson spoke I recognised his voice because of how deep and low it is ' there will be no need for josh to wake me up because I'm already awake. 'I said getting up and brushing of the dirt ' Alex I'm sorry I just wanted you to forgive me for being a little bitch but ill understand if you don't.' Mary apologises as she cries and Tyson hugs her close to him 'its ok you don't need to apologise, if anything I'm the one who need to say sorry for all the things I've done to you in the past I didn't relies what was in front of me and I just became jealous I guess and I didn't know how to feel' I say as I walked up to her 'I missed you as my friend Alex 'Mary whispered into my ear 'so did I Mary' I whisper back hugging her tighter josh came up to me and hugged me from behind my legs became weak and collapsed from underneath me. I was instantly picked up and in the arms of josh I started to see patches of black and let the darkness take me.

I woke up to an arm wrapped around me in a bed and turned to see all the boys and even Mary asleep in my room. I woke josh up and he instantly apologised but I didn't give a chance to finished when my lips connected with his he instantly reacted by moving his lips with mine he moved his lounge along my bottom lip asking for an entrance which I granted and our lounges had a war with each other. we broke away when we heard a cough and looked over at the guys and saw them all watching us 'well well well look at what we have here' rick laughed out I blushed what I was sure a rose red and ran to my bedroom door when two strong hands grabbed my waist stopping me I my tracks and heard a whisper in my ear from josh 'there is no need to blush or run is there' josh said as he laughed 'mum no I just need to go to the toilet before I piss my pants so yah you might want to let go of me' I said in a worried tone and he let go instantly. I sprinted to the bathroom and went to the toilet while I was in there I went for a shower and shaved my legs and washed my hair before hopping out the shower and wrapped a white fluffy towel around me and go back into my room to see everyone gone. I went to my walk in robe and got a light blue blouse and ripped shorts and my black converse shoes. I grabbed my phone and walked down the stairs to see all the boys grinning at me.

josh came and wrapped his arms around my waist I went to pull away but something pulled me back when I felt sparks I wiped my head around to be meet with josh I don't know why when I looked at him all I saw and thought is how much I wanted to kiss him or for him to wrap his arms around me. 'Alex just listen you don't have to leave anymore to find your mate you have already found him it's your birthday today and you are old enough to find him but because he is older he found her before she found him.' josh explained slowly 'were mates Alex' he finished off.

no this can't be happening it can't were friends that is all we can ever be please god don't let it be true and plus he is my uncles son so that makes him my cousin so he can't be ' no I'm not your cousin I was adopted into the family after my real parents died from a rouge attack, Alex I am your mate' josh said like e just read my mind 'umm how did you know what I was about to say? 'I asked nervously 'um it was though the mate bond you can feel and hear what your mate does/thinks so if you were to get hurt I would feel it and the thing where I can basically read your mind is like the pack link but only for you and me, you don't have to worry anymore.'

'Oh ok well what happens now? what do we do we have to go home and tell my parents before they send me away and oh god now that I have found you we are going to have to take over the rest of the pack now are we!' I say in one long mad rush I was starting to hyperventilate and panic about what was going on

'calm down Alex I don't know what happens now and yes we will go and tell your parents and no you're not going anywhere and no not until we mate fully which we can do whenever you are ready' josh tells me as we start walking to the cars and drive back to school by the time we get there the bell rings to say the end of second period and me and the rest of the gang walk to the office to grab our schedules and go to third period.

I'm shocked to find that the boys and I have a lot of classes together. I was excited that I have all the same classes as josh. we started to walk to class but I stopped a moment later as to why I don't have my backpack 'looking for this' someone says from behind me I twirl around to see Jake my ex standing here and in his out stretched hand was by backpack. I was about to ask how he got it when josh came up and asked what was wrong then looked up and saw Jake he growled and looked down at is and growled louder Jake flinched we were soon joined by the rest of the boys and they all started growling and soon I started to cry as the memories of what and happened that day filled my head
