My grandma straps me into her truck. We slowly drive out of the driveway and head to my grandma's house. She turns on the radio and goes to station 103.7. Well, at least I THINK it is 103.7. The song that is on goes like: Say something I'm giving up on you.
I have no clue what the song is called, but it sounds pretty. "Grandma, why did you take me from your house?" I ask cluelessly
"Holly, honey," she says, "Your mum is to dangerous for you to live with."
"Well, is it 'cuz mum hurt me with that belt?"
"Well, that's one reason. But, your mum drinks to much mum drinks... O.K."
"O.K."
After that, the car immediately turns silent. Why is mum so naughty?
After a LONG time, we get to her (grandma's) house. My grandma stops the car, gets out, unbuckles me, and we head inside. I love my grandma's house because she always has my favorite candy, peanut butter M&M's.
I take off my shoes and hang up my coat. Grandma's house smells like grown up perfume. Which by the way, smells really good.
I get comfy on grandma's black leather couch and turn on the TV. The last thing I hear is spongebob saying 'I'm ready!'
