"Do you want some popcorn?" I yelled to Hayes when I was getting some water.
"Uh, sure." He yelled back.
We're about to watch Perks Of Being A Wallflower. It's our tradition to each choose one of our favorite movies to watch every Friday night. For example, my favorite movie is Perks Of Being A Wallflower so we're watching it this Friday. Next Friday Hayes gets to choose a movie to watch and so on.
I walk back into Hayes' living room and plop next to him on the couch causing about 4 pieces of popcorn to fall onto the floor.
"Oops?" I say as I smile a sarcastic smile and pick them up.
When my hand reaches the table to put them on there, Hayes catches me off guard by grabbing my arm and pulling me back.
When our lips are about a centimeter apart, my heart is racing. Is he going to kiss me?
