I Never Told You {Reilly Smith}

Warmth

"That was not a good idea!!" I whimpered as Reilly and I ran towards the apartment building. I my clothes were soaked with melted snow, and I was cold even where the sun doesn't shine if you know what I mean.

"You seemed to enjoy it at the time," Reilly chuckled. I smacked him.

"Reilly!!!"

"It's the truth, babe," he winked. I rolled my eyes and tried to hold back a giggle. I had to admit, it was pretty fun to, you know, in the middle of a snowy park with no one else around, but now I was regretting it. Everything was freezing and I was shivering.

When we finally made it back to the apartment, it was one in the morning. Dougie, Lexie, Bart, and Hannah were waiting for us.

Hannah busted out laughing.

"You two look like sad little dogs!"

"Oh, babe, they're anything but sad," Bart said, giving Reilly and me a suggestive look.

"Wait, did you-?"

"No way!"

"Calm down!" Reilly said with a laugh. "We got into a snowball fight, that's all."

"Then why is her bra hanging out of your coat pocket?" Hannah asked, getting up and removing my green sparkly bra from Reilly's pocket. His face flushed bright red and I could feel my cheeks getting hot as well.

"Guys, they're both shaking, they're freezing their asses off, let them be," Lexie said. "There's extra blankets on the dresser in Reilly's room."

I quickly thanked her and we went up to his room. He changed into a pair of basketball shorts and no shirt before he grabbed two extra blankets and hopped in his bed. I changed into a pair of shorts and a tank top.

"Night babe," I said as I went to leave.

"Katie."

I turned around. "Yes?"

"Come lay with me."

I couldn't help the grin that was spreading over my face. I shut the door and got into bed next to him. I snuggled up to his side and he radiates warmth despite what weather we were just in.

He turned slightly on his side and got comfortable before he began to rub his fingers through my hair. I rested my head on his bare chest. His fingers and heartbeat just slowed everything down. He kissed the top of my head.

"I love you Katie," Reilly whispered.

"And I love you, Reilly."
