Your POV
Today's the day. The day I meet the boys I love. I'm trying to keep my cool but it's not easy
There, I see them come into the small room. Cole, Will, Dalton, Gabe and lastly the lovely Dana Gareth Vaughns.
I'm starting to hyperventilate but Tait got me a bottle of water and fanned me
The boys are now sitting at a table and we're going down the line to each one of them to take a picture and get some stuff signed. Everything went completely fine with the first 4 but once I got to dana, everything froze
"Hi, what's your name?" He asked smiling
Nothing would come out. Of course I know my name but NOTHING came out. I wanted to say my name is Y/N but it wouldn't happen.
"Her name is Y/N and I'm Tait" Tait answered for me
"Nice to meet you" He replied
"Gakajvdua " wtf was that? What did I just say? I froze again. But this time I felt a warm tear come down my cheek. I dropped everything and ran. I don't know where I'm going but I'm in a hotel so I'll just find a bench or a bathroom
The first thing I saw was a dark black leather sofa and that was good enough. Suddenly I heard my name being called but since it seemed so far away, I couldn't recognize the voice. But it got closer.. and closer
"Y/N?" I felt someone take a seat next to me and they removed my hands from my now red, swollen eyes
I looked up and saw Dana Vaughns. He let me cry on his shoulder for a few more minutes before I calmed down and he embraced me in a tight hug.
"Are you OK? Did I say something to make you cry back there?"
I smiled at his consideration
"No. Some things I said.... or lacked saying. I guess I was just a little starstruck and sorry that you think I'm a weird freak now."
"I don't think you're a weird freak at all. You're cute." and with that my eyes went huge
"C-c-cute?"
"Yea. Really cute actually"
"Cute as in a baby or attractive?" I asked unsure if this going where I think it's going
"Both" He answered with a small smile and I started to blush
And you're extremely fucking gorgeous yourself, I thought to myself
"Why thank you" He said with a light chuckle"
"Did I really just say that out loud? shit"
"Haha don't worry about it. There's a Starbucks down the street, wanna go? Have a fresh start?"
"Yea. I'd like that. But don't you have to go back to the meet and greet?"
"Nah. You and Tait were the last ones and she seemed to be getting very chatty with Will so she's fine."
"Ok then. Lead the way cutie."
"My lady?" He extended his hand for me to take
I gladly took it and we spent the rest of the day together and met Tait and Will at a local park
This is the start of something new
