Reckless

Chapter 4

I walked out of the door a few hours later to get some fresh air. The party was really fun and me and Emily danced a lot.

I took a look at the time on my phone, 02:23. Just as I let out a deep breath in the cold air, I heard someone whisper around the corner.

''What are we going to do with him? We have to do something, give him what he deserves.'' Someone said. I didn't recognize the voice, mostly cause' I moved in here towo days ago and barely knew anyone. But it was a boys voice.

''Nah, I don't know man...I mean...yeah he think he owns the school..but he will find out...and then we'r....death. Like reaaaally death..'' The second person said. Who was they talking about?

''Come on! Don't be a chiken. He won't find out. No one's here!'' The first one said again. 

''Okay...what's do you have in mind?''

''We could just...give him a little bit of what he deserves after all '' I heard they move a few steps away and then someone whimpered. What did they do?

I took a few step towards the corner and watched them carefully. I couldn't see who the person on the ground was, and I didn't know who the two boys were but I knew I had to do something soon.

They beated him up, and gave a few kicks too.  Just as the first one was goign to kick in the face, I did something I probably would regret. I Jumped out of the corner, now visible.

''Stop!'' I screamed. They both turned around to find me standing behind them.

''Who the fuck are you?'' The first one spat.

''Don't hurt him.'' I didn't know what I was doing, or why. This guy on the ground probably deserved it, but I couldn't just watch them injure him that way.

''Oh, you're inlove with him. Like every girl on our school.'' He laughed. ''I haven't seen you before, are you new?'' He continued as he inspected me.

''Yeah. But just go away'' I didn't know where the self confidence came from. I was scared, but tried not to show it.

''On one condition. Don't ever tell anyone about this. If people find out it was we, we'r dead. And so are you. Understand?'' He threatened. I nodded without a word.

The two boys walked towards the door, and I slowly walked tothe person. I sat down  squatting and took a deep breath before I took a look on the person on the ground. My eyes widened. What the fuck?

Benath me laid Brad. His eyes were closed he had a little blood on his face, from the nose. I checked his breathing and took the pulse. He was alive, only unconscious.

I didn't know what to do. Should I move him? Take him home? Where did he live?

I finally decided to take him into the house. It was big and I don't think anyone would recognize if I just putted him into a room. 

I tried to wake him up, but he was to drunk to walk himself. I wasn't sure if he was awake or not, but I took him  into the door. I knew the first door to the right was a bathroom, so I tried the next room, to find it unlocked and with a big bed in the middle of it. I continued to drag him to the bed and then locked the door after us. I didn't want anyone to come in here now. 

I was unsure of what to do next, but I took the blanket who was placed at the sofa in the corner and put it over Brads body.

I watched him as he laid there. His brown curls was pushed away from his head and it was just in all kind of directions, but somehow it looked great anyway. His mouth was a little oppened and his eyes closed. He was asleep now and I knew he was totally drunk, so he would probaby not remember a single thing about this day.

His blue and with striped shirt had the two buttons at the top opened up and his dark blue jeans was tights around his legs. I couldn't stop myself from thinking he was still extreamly good looking while he was sleeping.

I didn't atually know what I should do next. Should I leave him here and just go home? Or should I find Emily to ask her what to do? Maybe I should just go out there to keep partying?

After  a while I did the least pissible. I laid down beside him, draged the same blanket  over me  and fell asleep.
