"Are you actually serious? He said that stuff about us, and you guys are still together? I think you need a new boyfriend." Kurt spit.
"Who's right in front of you," Mercedes chimed in. "Mike."
I just told Kurt and Mercedes about everything that happened the previous day. I really liked Kurt and Mercedes, I could tell them anything even though he we only met yesterday.
"He's not a monster, he's my boyfriend Kurt. He may be too persistent on what he wants but I'm okay with that. We're not on speaking terms right now but I know we'll be over this soon. I bet Zach feels bad right now." I slammed my locker, and began walking with them to class.
"Besides it's not like I want to be with Mike."
"Oh trust me girl, I don't think you want to." Mercedes spoke up, directing her head to far up the hall.
Mike was wrapping his arm around an Asian girl dressed in all black. They were both laughing and were too comfortably close, leaned up against lockers.
"He started dating Tina over the summer at Asian camp." Kurt mentioned.
My mouth formed an O, that's who Tina was.
Another asian girl with a big smile plastered over her face walked past us, with a paper in her hand. She waved to Mercedes and Kurt, as she was practically skipping to her next class.

"Who was she?" I asked curiously.
"That was Sunshine Corazon, she's a transfer student from the Philippines." Mercedes said.
"Rachel told us she was interested in signing up for glee club. Apparently that girl is really good." Kurt mentioned.
"I would love to hear her sing one day." I smiled.
The period bell rang and we all reached our classrooms.

The day ended and I was packing up my things in front of my locker, the day was average. I was very tired and had a lot of work.
"Hey, Arabella!" A voice shouted. I turned around to face Mike. "I haven't had a chance to talk to you."
"You have a girlfriend, and I have a boyfriend." I breathed out.
"This.." I pointed between us, "Is nothing. Got it?"
"What's so wrong with me trying to make a friend? I know there's nothing going on between us." Mike argued.
"We were close enough to kiss and we almost did," I protested. "That's almost cheating Mike. I don't know about you but I love my boyfriend, and I don't want to ruin my relationship because of some stupid Asian boy that's oblivious to everything."
I sounded harsh, and it made me cringe. I sounded like my old team mates on Vocal Adrenaline and I hated it. I wanted to take back what I said.
"Arabella, I could look at you for five seconds without saying a word and you would think that I'm flirting with you. Get it through your thick skull I'm just being friendly." Mike said angrily, and walked away.
He stopped walking then turned back around to face me,
"And if I'm some stupid Asian boy that's in the way of your relationship then don't bother talking to me or any of my friends again. I've known them longer and I sure as hell know they'll believe me no matter what you say."

2 DAYS LATER
'Skype Video Chat Request from Jesse St. James.' The corner of my laptop read, I clicked the answer button. I was in my room late at night and I was studying for my math quiz, but Zach on my mind constantly. It had been two days since my last encounter with him, but it felt like forever.
The last few days Mike was in my thoughts too, I made eye contact with him in the hallways but I tore my glance with him immediately straight after. Mike never told Kurt and Mercedes what happened, but the tension we had could give off a vibe we weren't friends at all.
"Hey best friend, how are you hanging?" Jesse smiled reassuringly through the screen.
"I feel like crap." I couldn't sleep properly thinking about how much Zach and Mike messed me up. Boys were confusing.
"Arabella, I have to tell you something. I have really bad news." I fidgeted with my hands, Jesse sounded very nervous. I knew this wasn't going to be good.
"You can tell me anything."
"We... already found your replacement." Jesse mumbled.
My jaw dropped and I was inaudible; at a loss for words. My eyes got watery, I breathed in and out to keep calm. I didn't want to explode in front of him.
