Chapter 7: Do It Now, Remember It Later (Final Chapter)

Chapter 7,

--Gracie's POV--

When I put the crown on the Osiris statue nothing happened. I saw three locks below the statue. Two were wings and the other was the eye of Horus. "great, who has the other wings of Isis locket, is it Eddie, is it still hidden, and now I have to go back and explain everything, to everyone."

"remember the task is more important than anything" Isis says.

I walk back out of the rooms one by one the doors closed again. I made it back to the mummy case and opened when I ran right into Victor. Great, I think, now we have Victor I go against.

"what are you doing, Miss Ross"

"uhm nothing" I say quickly closing the mummy case, knowing that he cannot open it with out my locket. " I was just checking out the inside of this mummy case".

"bed now" victor says. I nod and walk up the stairs.

I stopped at Nina's room. I walk in without even knocking.

"Nina" I say.

"Gracie, am I dreaming" she says as she rubs her eyes.

"no, come on this is serious." i say. "Don't wake Amber, do you have another locket, the same as mine."

"No" she says.

I get ready to walk out of the door when i remember something, "Oh and Nina"

"Yeah" she says.

"I know about how you still like Fabian, and well he still likes you too."

"Really" She says, "Oh thank you for letting me know."

"Welcome" I say. I sneak past Victors office and he is not in there. I look over the railing and watch as he is trying to get into the mummy case. I sneak down the stairs hopeing that he wont hear me and turn to me, But he is too busy to notice. I continue on to Fabian's room, luckly he is up.

"Gracie", he says running to hug me. I put a finger to my mouth and shush him.

"Victor is out there, trying to get into the mummy case"

"What" Fabian says.

"Alright Fabian, i came back to tell you that Nina still likes you, she just gave you up, because she thought she was saving you".

"Really, but how do you know"

"Look that doesnt matter, i came back to get the second wings of Isis locket, i think its still hidden somewhere in the house."

"Shall we go look for it." he says. I nod back.

"I'll look upstairs, you look downstairs." i say. He walks off to the kitchen, and i sneak past Victor again. I look in my room again and then in the restroom.

As soon as i walk in my eyes and hands heat up and i cant see. Then finally i can see again. Why was this happening now, i have been in here a lot before this. I looked on the wall and something was shining. I touched the wall but nothing happened. "What" i say.

Fabian walks in and says, "Did you have any luck, cause i didnt."

"Yes i found it i think, but i cant open it."

"Maybe Nina can open it," He says getting ready to walk out.

"Wait, the two who are one can open it" i say.

"But you are the two who are one." Fabian says turning around.

"No, Sophie and i are the two who are one." i say.

"So, Sophie is the one we need". He says and i nod. We walk together to my room. We enter and walk over to Sophie's bed.

"Sophie" i say, "Sophie wake up"

"Huh", Sophie mumurs.

"Sophie you have to trust us." i say.

"Come on Sophie follow us" Fabian says. Sophie, Fabian and i walk back to the girls bathroom and close the door behind us.

"Ok Sophie touch this spot on the wall" i say.

"Why?" Sophie says.

"Oh just do it" i say. She slowly puts her hand up to the wall and a small piece of the wall slides open. I reach in and pull out the second wings of Isis locket.

"Fabian, she has to come too, Get Eddie and Alfie. I'll get Amber, Nina, and Patricia."

So Sophie and i go wake up Patricia, Nina and Amber and meet Fabian, Eddie and Alfie in the foyer, Victor had moved to the cellar now.

I open the mummy case and lead Sophie through it, the rest of Sibuna followed behind.

We walked to the final chamber and we put our lockets in place. The statue disapeered and the crown fell to the ground.

"What" i say, "I went through all this for that."

"what may i ask is going on exactly" Sophie says.

"Maybe you have to wear in Gracie or you Sophie" Nina says. I put it on my head and nothing happened, then Sophie did the same after it.

"Or maybe Eddie has to wear it, ya know since he's the Osirin." Amber says.

"Amber you are so smart" I say.

I hand the crown over to Eddie and he puts it on. The room shakes and Eddie starts saying somthing to low for any of us to hear. Then the statue reapears and Eddie quickly sticks it on Osiris head. "Quickly your lockets" He points to Sophie, Nina and i. We stick them in and Osiris says, "Thank you Young Isis, and chosen one, now i am free."

We walked back through to the mummy case and exited and guess who was waiting on us. Victor was standing at the exit of the mummy case.

"What is going on" he yells. After everyone enters the foyer, i run to close the door to the mummy case and i succeed.

"Oh nothing, we were just admiraing the inside of the mummy case." Patricia says.

"Yeah cause we missed our mummies" Alfie says and everyone laughs.

"Beds now" He says, eyeballing me.

The next day Fabian and Nina got back together and Patricia and Eddie are working on their relationship. And I was just sitting alone in my room when she appeared right in front of me.

"Ahh, I see you have completed your task Young decendant." she says.

I nod.

"And for your effort you may keep your life"

I smile and say. "Thank you Isis."

She smiles and i thought she was going to give me hug but she just disapeered. I went downstairs to the living room and congratulated Nina and Fabian and we all laughed at Alfies jokes.
