Josh's POV
Yesterday, I met someone, his name was Tyler. He looked really nice and cool and I hoped we could meet again. It's too bad that i'm homeschooled. I walked out of my room, and my mom was standing there.
"Josh! You're not going to be homeschooled anymore," she said.
"Really?" I asked.
"Yes! You have to leave soon so you better eat breakfast and I got all your stuff ready to go." my mom said, and then walked off to go do something.
I ate breakfast and got ready, then got my backpack on and walked out the door.

Tyler's POV
I was walking to school, when I saw a familiar fluff of yellow hair. Then I remembered his name, the kid I met yesterday, Josh.
I walked up to him and said, "Hi."
He looked back at me and smiled. "Hello."
I made a quick smile and then looked back down at the ground.
"Are you okay?" Josh asked.
"Yeah, I'm fine..." I said.
"Good." He stated, then we continued the walk to school which was only a few feet away.
We got inside the school a few minutes later and then I asked Josh, "Aren't you homeschooled?"
"Oh, not anymore, apparently." He replied.
"Hm."

After school, we walked home.
"Tyler." Josh said.
"Yeah? What?"
"I saw something on your arms today. During class. What was it?" He asked.
"It's nothing..." I mumbled.
"Let me see. Please."
I only pulled my sleeves down more.
Josh then grabbed my arm and pulled up the sleeve.
"How long has this happened?"
"I-I don't remember..."
"That's too long, if you don't remember. Do they still hurt?"
"Yes..."
"I'm coming home with you."
"No, y-you can't...!" I then shoved Josh away and ran home.
I shut the door and locked it.
I grabbed a piece of paper, a pen, and a knife.
