"Sir, can you please give us some more information on your emergency, if you tell us your location we'd be happy to dispatch our assistance."
"Um, God, God, Um – Apartment, within walking distance of the high school I didn't, its not my apartment I don't know the exact address."
"Are there any distinctive features of your location?"
"Within walking distance of the high school. Um, oh! It's uh, right by Victor's Grocers."
"Thank you, we already have help on the way, can you please explain your emergency?"
"Yeah, there's a guy and he's, he's been punched right in the temple – knocked unconscious. He, he fell on the floor after losing consciousness and his head cracked open on impact. There's – there's so much blood."
"Okay, has this man regained consciousness?"
"Temporarily, he's out now."
"I'm gonna talk you through until the ambulances arrive okay? Can you help me help him?"
"I wish I could,"

My Dad always told me that the worst thing you could do to yourself, is misrepresent yourself.
He told me, that if I didn't put my best foot forward than I was screwing myself over already, that nothing would ever completely make up for he tarnished first impression.
