"Hi," I state, watching Fawn laugh as she hops into the car. She looks back at her apartment building, and grins guiltily, quickly whipping her head around to face me after a second. Her face plastered with a cheesy smile.

Clearly, Fawn isn't the type to sneak out.

"I can't believe I'm doing this, Lawrence." She looks around the car, buckling her seatbelt before I pull out of the parking lot. Tilting as the car takes a deep turn, her head falls onto my shoulder. I'm pretty sure she helped it get there though, as she cuddled further into me.

"This is nice." She sighs, watching as the street lights pass by in the blink of an eye.

"It is, isn't it?" I respond, she nods her head into me, breathing deeply into me.

This girl has no idea what she's doing right now.

"Where are we going?" She asks, her eyes looking up from the crook of my neck.

"Just all around town." I smirk in satisfaction watching as she huffs in annoyance against me.

"Well, I do love surprises, I'll find out the exact places eventually." She states, and I laugh speeding slightly as the roads are dead of cars. My hand soon finds its way to her bare thigh, running up and down the sun kissed skin. Maybe I'm just taking advantage of this moment, or this rare occurrence, but as I feel goosebumps rise underneath the pads of my fingers I grow more and more addicted to this feeling.

Fawn never wears clothing that exposes a lot of skin in colder weather, for no other reason than her own comfort. She gets cold easily, and dresses to keep herself warm. It's logical, and smart, much like herself, but it can be torturous at times.

For me at least.

I'm still glad she does it, because it means that no other guy will ever get to do this.

Touch this.

They have no idea how perfect she is. And that's good.

"Really, we aren't going anywhere in particular," I admit and she laughs airily, before responding.

"Well, I guess that's fine with me, I could pass out right now."

"Well, please don't do that." I chuckle, and she slaps my bicep playfully.

"I do what I want." She smiles, and I take her hand, nudging her towards me again. She caves, and topples against me. I decide that wherever we are is good enough, pulling over to the side of the road.

Fawn, lays down on my lap, and I play with her hair. She's never been so open with me before, and it's kind of amazing to see her so touchy feely.

"Lawrence, why were you awake when I texted you?" She whispers, and I stiffen, my hand going limp. Eventually I continue and she releases a deep breath in the silence that follows.
