Why You Should Love Musicals

     So, I assume you like stories? If you don't, then why the heck are you on Wattpad, man? Get a life. Anyway, just gonna throw this out there, musicals are stories. That's right. Stories. I'm going to list some good ones for you.

Just so you now, none of my lists actually are listed by rank. Rank doesn't mean anything. Like just because Phantom is first, doesn't mean that it's he best. And same with Hamilton being last. That doesn't mean it's the worst 

1. The Phantom of the Opera. Yes, yes. The Phantom of the Opera. How could anybody not like a story about a disfigured genius living in the dungeon of an opera house? I mean, come on, that's good stuff right there.

2. Annie Get Your Gun. Yaaaasss! Bernadette Peters! And guns! And singing! And love!

3. Newsies. Attractive guys who are good at singing and dancing and sing about revenge all the time? Um... yes.

4. Hairspray. This musical is about accepting yourself for who you are. Unless you're blond and your name is Amber.

5.Hamilton. Shhhh.... I know. Everybody loves this musical and it's starting to get annoying. Well, I'm here to tell you that... it kind of is. But I still listen to the soundtrack until my ears bleed. But that isn't what this chapter is about. It's about the story. Sure Hamilton's a jerk and he cheats on his wife and gets his son killed and gets himself killed in a stupid duel but just listen to this... It's pure genius and I don't know how else to explain it.

    So that's my first reason. There will be more. Not to make my readers happy because I have none, but because I like the sound of my own voice. Wait. I don't think that applies to this situation. I like the sound of my own... typing? I like the look of my own... words? Okay, I'm just digging myself into a deeper hole with every word.
