"OOO, can't wait till 9" destiny said while dancing in her desk. I just rolled my eyes thinking about my dad and mom. Today they was going to the land lower to pay them off. I want to know how he got all the money. He bought my mom a new dress with shoes, my aunt a new car seat for my baby cousin, and he bought me the expensive gift ever. A diamond necklace.
"Yeah, have fun" I said.
"What you doing tonight?" She ask me.
"Going by Jordan house" I said.
"Oh shit, he back from Mississippi" she smile.
"Yep" I sigh. "Now he trying to make it up to me"
"Well go see him" she nudge me.
"Girl, I don't want to"I said typing on my phone. "Now he trying to go to the movies"
"Go then, have a good time" she said. Finally the bell rung. I grab my book bag and phone heading out the door with destiny following me. The hallways was pack with students. What I'll do is push them out the way to get to my car.
"Aye, I bet 200 if I win tonight against Jordan" I heard some dude say. Destiny turn around to me looking like what the fuck. I didn't pay attention to the dudes.
"Alright, 200" the dude said.
"Let's go" I walk fastly pushing people. Destiny was right behind me. "Travis picking you up"
"Yeah, there he go" she pointed at the motorcycle smiling. She ran to the bike hoping on. He gave her a helmet to put on. After she put it on, she waved goodbye to me.
I reach in my pocket to get my keys out. I hop in my car to and took out my phone. It was Jordan.

Jordan- I can't go to the movies or chill tonight, I got a race to do
Me- yeah I heard😒 you ain't gone never stop all this damn racing
Jordan- no, not at all
Me- bye👋
Jordan-why you acting like that
Me- because we never chill or fuck in days and I'm missing your ugly ass but all you want to do is race, race, and more racing😭😭😭😭😭
Jordan- just trying to be the best boyfriend, getting this money for us, not me

After that he never text back. I was mad that he just read it and never text back. I pull up to the house to see my dad and his friends playing music, playing dominos, and having a couple of drinks. Even my uncle was here. Usually he don't like coming here.
I exit out the car grabbing my stuff. I close the door walking to the barn where my dad keep his bikes and cars at. "Hey you guys" I waved at them.
"How was school?" My dad said.
"It was nice, Jordan racing tonight" I said.
"I know, its a big race tonight" my dad said. "A dude from Baton Rouge is coming down here to race him for almost half a million"
"That's a a lot of money" my uncle said .
"H-Half a million" I said surprise. That's enough for me to graduate and leave home with him.
"Yep, half a Milly"
"I'm going inside" I walk to the porch. I open the door to see my aunt was on the couch sleep. I wonder where is my mother?
I jogged upstairs to her room. She was in bed sleep. I smile then walk to my room. I should get some sleep for tonight.
