Sam handed Castiel his food, and distributed the sandwiches on the small family gathered around in the small hospital room. "Wait,bro you had a sex dream about your husband?" Gabriel broke the ice, biting on his turkey sandwich and smiling when Castiel glared at him.

"Gabriel! It's more than that" Jess scolded, hiding a smile. "You dreamt you adopted a baby?" Sam asked, flicking Gabriel's hair with a giggle when Gabriel huffed at him. Castiel squinted in confusion, shooting a glance at Dean who shrugged. "Yeah, um, Kevin, not exactly a baby thought"

"Coolio" Gabriel raised a thumbs up, slapping Sam's hand away. "How are your children?" Dean cleared his throat.

"Oh, Helena and Ben are at school, they uh, used to come around but when they put you in the ICU they started to stop, since they almost sorta killed you" Sam smiled, handing Cas a fork.

"How?"

"They tripped on your air mask air pumper thingy"

"They got kicked out and were banned until you woke up"

"They're coming after school"

"Also, Balth is coming" Gabriel threw a lettuce piece at Sam's hair, while exchanging a game of footsie with Jess.
