Question for this chapter: What is your Hogwarts house? Answer: I'm a proud Hufflepuff💛

•It was a quiet evening and Tonks was sitting at the big table, where the rest of the Order members were buisy talking to each other. She played with her brown hair and was very quiet. When Remus Lupin stared at her, she looked away. He rejected her. She stood up and accidently fell over her chair. 'Tonks!' Molly said. 'I'm so sorry Molly.' Said Nymphadora while she was cleaning the mess she just made. 'I have to go.' Remus looked her in the eyes but Nymphadora looked away, again. She looked unhapppy. She was very skinny, her hair wasn't pink anymore and she looked very tired. 'Are you okay Tonks? You don't look great.' Remus said. 'Well thanks Remus. And yes I am. Thanks for asking.' Her voice was loud and everybody was quiet. Remus sighed. 'I'm sorry.' He said softly but Nymphadora didn't care. 'Well I'm not.' She said. She left the old kitchen of Grimmauld Place 12. 'I thought you talked to her Remus. It isn't her fault that he's dead.' Mad-Eye's voice was pretty loud so Nymphadora could hear what they were saying. 'I- I did.' Remus said. Nymphadora stopped listening and left the house.

Her mother Andromeda Tonks looked worried. 'I'm going to bed.' Nymphadora said. 'Are you okay sweetheart?' Her father, Ted Tonks, a normal muggle looked her in the eyes. 'I'm fine dad.' Nymphadora answered. Her parents were quiet for a while. It was horrible to see their daughter like this. Their normally happy daughter looked deeply unhappy. She's in love with him. Remus Lupin. But he rejected her because he thinks he's not good enough for her. 'Dora I get that it's hard, Sirius' death but it isn't your fault.' Nymphadora didn't say anything. 'Are you really okay? We're worried. You're acting different.' 'Well I changed dad. There's nothing to worry about.' Ted looked at his daughter. It looked like he was going to cry, but he smiled instead. He walked away and Nymphadora closed her eyes.

Two years ago...
Tonks smiled at the boy with the lightning scar on his head. 'And this is Nymphadora-' 'Don't call me Nymphadora, Remus.' She said with a shudder. 'It's Tonks.' '-Nymphadora Tonks, who prefers to be known by her surname only.' Finished Remus Lupin. 'So would you if your fool of a mother had called you 'Nymphadora,'' Muttered Tonks. Harry looked at the witch with the lilac hair and smiled. 'I'll help you packing' She said. 'Thanks.' She followed Harry to his room. His room was, compared with the whole house pretty messy. 'I like your room, it's too clean in this house.' She smiled at him. 'Does this color make me look pale?' She asked. Harry looked at her. 'Er..' 'Yes it does.' Tonks said. She closed her eyes and after a few seconds, her hair became bubblegum-pink. 'How did you do that?' Harry said, a bit surprised. 'I'm a Metamorphmagus.' She answered while she looked at herself in the mirror. 'It means that I can change my appearance. I was born with it.' She said when she saw the boy's face. 'Can you learn me how to become a Metamorphmagus?' He asked. She smiled. 'I bet you want to hide that scar of yours, don't you?' She looked at the scar on his forehead. 'Yeah, I wish I could.' He answered. 'Well I'm afraid I can't do anything for you. Metamorphmagi are born, not made.' Tonks said. Tonks looked at Harry's broomstick. 'Wow, a Firebolt! I guess I have to do it with my Comet two-sixty... But we should go.' She said.

Nymphadora sighed and tried to sleep, again.

A few weeks later.
'Tonks it's great to see you dear. How are you?' Molly hugged her and smiled. 'I'm fine.' 'Have you spoken to Remus lately?' Molly asked. 'No, no I didn't. How are you by the way?' Tonks asked quickly. Molly looked worried. 'Do you want some tea?' 'Sure.' Tonks answered. Tonks thought about Remus a few days ago and he didn't look great. She looked at the moon and sighed. Full moon. She wished she could be there for him. But he keeps pushing her away. 'You should talk to Remus.' Molly said. 'I'm fine, I don't have to talk to someone.' She said. Molly smiled. 'You know, you seem pretty upset. Are you really okay?' 'I'm fine Molly. Shall I help you?' Tonks asked when Molly started cleaning the table. 'No it's okay dear.' 'I want to help.' 'Harry!' Molly smiled when she saw Harry coming in with Dumbledore. 'I thought you were coming tomorrow morning!' Molly said, a little bit surprised. 'Hello Nymphadora!' Dumbledore said, and Harry looked at her. 'Hello, professor.' 'Hey Harry.' She said. Harry looked worried. Harry thought she looked drawn, even ill, and there was something forced in her smile. Certainly her appearance was less colourful then usual without her customary shade of bubblegum-pink hair. 'I should go.' Tonks said quickly. 'Thanks for the tea Molly.' 'Please don't go because of me.' Dumbledore said. 'I can't stay long.' He said. 'No, no I really have to go.' Tonks said, without looking Dumbledore in the eyes. 'Why don't you come for dinner this weekend, dear? Remus and Mad-Eye are coming too.' 'No Molly, really. Thank you, goodnight.' Tonks said quickly. Molly looked worried. Tonks waved and Disapparated.

First chapter, this isn't my best book tho, writing in Dutch is MUCH easier. I still hope you liked it tho.
